Good but should be better for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Close to attractions, the morning and lunch buffet was helpful when you dont know the place very well.

Cons:

Theres a faulty switch socket
The wall is thin you can hear outside
They said a coupon with code for WiFi that only last for 24hrs then you need to get another coupon
The tv doesnt work and remote was missing
Smelt of cigarettes in the room and bathroom when we came back

Cons:

Breakfast is poor. We had the same breakfast,
idili& Sambhar for 8 days. We asked for scrambled eggs . They said that they dont do it.

Our stay was not at all satisfactory
Pros:

The behavior of the security and staff was not at all good and they were very rude. We did not know how to operate Air conditioner at home and when we reported that one of the staff was saying, if they do not know how to operate AC, ask them to go out. My old parents were with me and this kind of behavior was totally frustrating. The room cleanliness was under expectation

Passable.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

The bathroom had a leaking water problem, room was too small for triple occupancy - once we put an extra bed, there was no space to walk, the hotel did not receive the conformation email that was send by booking.com as it went to some different branch of their hotel.
