No title Location excellent, room needs updating, overall stay good.
Pros:

The location is excellent & the room is cleaned everyday.

Cons:

Breakfast is poor. We had the same breakfast,
idili& Sambhar for 8 days. We asked for scrambled eggs . They said that they dont do it.

Our stay was not at all satisfactory
Pros:

The behavior of the security and staff was not at all good and they were very rude. We did not know how to operate Air conditioner at home and when we reported that one of the staff was saying, if they do not know how to operate AC, ask them to go out. My old parents were with me and this kind of behavior was totally frustrating. The room cleanliness was under expectation

Passable.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

The bathroom had a leaking water problem, room was too small for triple occupancy - once we put an extra bed, there was no space to walk, the hotel did not receive the conformation email that was send by booking.com as it went to some different branch of their hotel.

Pros:

While I appreciate your hospitality, my recent stay was disappointing in several key areas. The breakfast quality was poor, and the lunch buffet lacked variety, offering the same dishes throughout our stay. The taste of the food was below average. Furthermore, the suite we were assigned did not provide value for money; the room rate was disproportionately high for the standard of accommodation provided.

Cons:

During my recent stay, I experienced a significant service failure involving the Manager's conduct, which was both unprofessional and lacking in guest focus.

As I had an international flight requiring me to be at the airport at 2:30 AM, I requested a hotel car for transport. The Manager informed me that no car or driver was available. I then requested that the hotel arrange a taxi for me, but he refused, stating he could not help and could only share a driver's number. This is not an acceptable practice for a hotel of this standard.

Due to this lack of assistance, I was forced to escalate the matter directly to the General Manager, who promptly resolved the situation. While I appreciate the GM's intervention, the Manager's initial dismissive and uncooperative attitude created unnecessary stress and is not conducive to a welcoming or service-oriented environment.
