Pros:

Pure scam I got charged $15,000 almost for two nights when I didn’t even understand the Moroccan dirham that they’ve been charging me with when I try to check out one day early and they were just dragging me. I tried to do that at 11 AM so I could save myself that day because I wasn’t aware that I’m gonna end up paying that much and they would not let me. I did call the reservation department the reservation manager they were all putting me down they just don’t want to let go and that was an obvious scam.

Lovely two-night family stay at the Michlifen.
Pros:

The property is stunning, the staff attentive, the rooms comfortable, and the common areas (pool, lobby, restaurants) live up to the hotel’s reputation. Excellent breakfast and a perfect setting to enjoy Ifrane.
Highly recommend, and I’ll gladly return.

Excellent séjour passé . Nous avons remarqué énormément d’améliorations cette année, aussi bien au niveau du service que de l’expérience globale.

Le personnel est très attentionné, les restaurants excellents, le petit déjeuner beaucoup plus varié et qualitatif, et l’atmosphère toujours aussi élégante et apaisante.

Mention spéciale également pour le Spa, absolument incroyable : magnifique, relaxant et parfaitement entretenu. Un vrai moment de déconnexion.

Beautiful resort and relaxing stay but clearer information about extra charges would improve the experience
Cons:

There was no note or clear information saying that the nuts/snacks in the room were charged separately. We ate them thinking they were complimentary, then later had to pay for them with an extra service charge which we didn’t like. It would be much better to place a big visible note near the snacks or keep them together with the items in the fridge that are clearly marked as payable

Séjour exceptionnel. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent véritablement pris en charge : accueil chaleureux, accompagnement permanent et une attention constante tout au long du séjour. Le service est irréprochable, avec un personnel toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins.

La chambre est parfaitement entretenue, avec un ménage réalisé plusieurs fois par jour, ce qui renforce le sentiment de confort et de standing. Côté restauration, les repas et buffets sont excellents, variés et de grande qualité.

Mention spéciale pour la piscine couverte, parfaitement chauffée, idéale pour se détendre. Et surtout, l’environnement est tout simplement à couper le souffle : un cadre naturel exceptionnel qui rend l’expérience encore plus mémorable. Le clubhouse est également un incontournable, avec une vue spectaculaire.

Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation.
