Pros:

Excellent behavior of staff, Very good location.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was not draining properly. The water was backing up and there was a horrible smell whenever I was washing hands. The bathroom door was not closing properly. It was stuck halfway in the door frame. There was no valet ticket being given out, and the staff wanted my car key. Of course I did not comply. Besides that, everything else was excellent.

Excellent and personalised service!
Pros:

The hotel provides exceptional service and warm hospitality. From the moment even before my husband checked in into the hotel, the service staff, Ms Jothi was attentive and thoughtful in helping to provide room service for my husband before his arrival. She even ensured that the food was heated and left in the room even when the restaurant closes before his arrival.

The staff, Mr Manoj, Ms Jothi, Ms Aishwariya and Ms Hoi went above and beyond to make sure my hubby and my mother in law feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Their kindness and dedication truly made the stay more special and memorable. I will most definitely give a 5-star rating for your hotel as well 🙏🏾❤️

Cons:

The traffic outside the hotel was extremely bad, though no fault of the hotel. Just the location was bad in the morning and evening.

Pros:

Overall a good choice for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

10mins drive from Apollo Proton, in a quiet residential area. Welcoming staff at front desk who enabled early check in on request, and special mention to Ms Jharna at the restaurant who was so attentive. Comfortable rooms with clean linen.

Cons:

Slightly limited menu with hardly any regional specialities.
