Pros:

Cleanliness and behaviour of the staff. The breakfast was elaborate and tasty.

Grray location great customer service breakfast buffet waas really good. NICE CALM AND PEACEFUL PLACE IN RHE HEART OF THE CITY

Overall a good choice for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

10mins drive from Apollo Proton, in a quiet residential area. Welcoming staff at front desk who enabled early check in on request, and special mention to Ms Jharna at the restaurant who was so attentive. Comfortable rooms with clean linen.

Cons:

Slightly limited menu with hardly any regional specialities.
