Pros:

They are so friendly, check in is a breeze. The room was just as we expected. We have now stayed at this hotel three times in the last 6 months and this is now our go to when we are in Lafayette seeing our granddaughters.
They have a pool, which is excellent, and provide towels for the pool.

The front desk lady was nice, but the facility was worn down and Sloppy. Bathroom was nice but we found blood on the wal
Pros:

I liked the location and the beds were great.

Cons:

The place looked worn down and not completely clean. Also the first room we got had blood on the wall. We needed up getting another room. Just didn’t feel very clean and we will not be staying there again.

A very enjoyable stay made even better by both receptionists.
Pros:

Very good breakfast e.g. cereals scrambled egg sausage toast waffles endless juice & coffee, yogurt & cakes
Both receptionists ( Elizabeth & Anne ) were exceptional, very polite and helpful. they even booked a swamp tour advising us which would be best.

Room was not cleaned and there was a huge roach in room upon arrival. I was immediately assigned to another room after complaint; however that room was better but did have water filled in ice bucket and desk area didn’t appear cleaned.
