I had an ant infestation in my first room and flies in my second room. The refrigerator compartment in my first room was not clean.

The beds were too firm and pillows to soft for my family. I woke up everyday there stiff. We left a day early due to this

Staff was exceptional
Pros:

We left some clothes in the closet when we called they were very helpful with getting them back to us. The entire staff were always looking to help and asking if we needed anything when we would see them in the halls.
