The water park carries the hotel. Food average
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable
Very quiet at night (we were on the 9th floor)
Great kids pool and water pool
Plenty of sun loungers- the pools are gated until 10am and this stopped people leaving towels down from the crack of dawn
It was very clean in general
Good location to the beach
Slushy and ice pops for the kids on the A.Incl
Nice beer on tap
Popcorn and candy floss machines

Cons:

Everyone raved about the food but we felt it was pretty average, the main meals looked thrown together in a lot of sauce. The dining room was spread out- no butter by the bread or milk by the tea etc, I felt like I'd walked a few miles by the time I could sit down for food. The themed evenings were very limited in choice and the salad bowls that were pre made were tiny, the other salad options to make your own were often small
Limited alcohol choices on the A.Incl- the wine was vile and you had to pay extra for anything nice, very basic coffee included from a machine.
Pool towels were €10 deposit each- cash only- (we didn't take any cash) and to replace them was €1 each time
Dated bathroom and the room was quite small but passable
Evening entertainment was standard Spanish hotel entertainment, mini disco didn't start until 20.30 and was very repetitive (even my son said "oh it's not cutchy wah cutchy wah again is it") and the adults entertainment didn't start until about 10pm.

Great hotel for families
Pros:

Kids loved the swimming pool, park & mini disco. Decent food and staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small, but you can see that on the pics beforehand

We have stayed in this hotel a few times now and we simply love the pools facilities for our daughter as well as the foo
Pros:

The waterpark pools and food quality was our favourite 🥰

Cons:

There was a lot of queuing for everything. The Snack bar, drinks and buffets took a long time to get food as well as drinks for dinner and lunch where not brought to us by waiters/waiteresses like other hotels. With kids running around it would havve helped if someone brought us the drink to our table. We had to go back and forth to get our drinks as we couldn’t carry them all.

Great location, excellent pools and entertainment, vast selection for breakfast. Fridge in the room was handy.

Coffee wasn’t great. A kettle in the room would have been nice.
