Staff were helpful and the room was clean, basic facilities no fridge and was small room although had been refurbished recently

Property is Very dated and should not be rated 4 stars, very few guests and no atmosphere can’t see it is a viable business. Coffee machine in the room but had to buy pods and milk no kettle or fridge

Un Hotel de 4 estrellas actual es otra cosa
Cons:

Instalaciones en general, es un 4 estrellas de los años 70/80.... ascensores casi fuera normas, moquetas de plantas manchadas, puertas habitaciones uuff, carpintería de ventanas aluminio, el bufete demasiado justo ademas todo frío, personal de recepción atendiendo sentado ni te miraba para atenderte, ... etc...
