Pros:

Es un hotel con habitaciones muy antiguas. Cuarto de baño muy osoleto.
Creo que ya se ha rentabilizado lo suficiente.
Necesita una reforma urgentemente.
Desayunó justito
Parking debería entrar en el precio , o ser más económico.

Una buena opcion para visitar Zaragoza y estar ubicado en pleno centro.
Pros:

La ubicacion en el centro, la atencion del personal, la limpieza de la habitacion y baño. El jabon de baño y manos, la cafetera y mininevera.

Cons:

Instalaciones antiguas pero bien conservadas. Lo que menos nos gustó fue el colchon, muy ruidoso , de muelles y no muy comodoa.

Stylish old hotel with great location
Pros:

Nice old hotel with a lot of history :). Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty and with great relaxed atmosphere in the stylish hall. I loved the central location, also great with parking directly in basement next to the elevator.

Cons:

The beds were comfortable, but a bit hanging to the middle, so they could need some replacement/repair. Also the view from the rooms were not great, but that's because it's a shopping street.

Pick this hotel if you favor center location over uptodate hotel facilities
Pros:

In the hear5 of the city, best possible location in Zaragoza for shopping and restaurants. Hotel ticked all the boxes for four stars, but mostly in an outdated way.

Cons:

Poor wifi was a real issue. While okay in functionality, the furnitute, fittings, bathroom, corridors, reception area all created a feeling of time travel to seventies..

They cancelled at the last moment with neither warning or reason
Pros:

I really looked forward to my stay. It had been chosen with care to suit needs and budget

Cons:

My bad review is entirely because they cancelled my booking at around noon on the day I was meant to arrive. I had to rebook somewhere else at literally the last minute, from the airport. I do not know why this happened as they had accepted online registration and sent friendly welcome emails. I can only say it was monstrously inconvenient and stress provoking.

Cons:

Prix excessif pour notre chien (35 euros la nuit), qui n'est pas très visible sur le site booking lors de la réservation. Visites des musées et monuments de la ville impossibles même avec un petit chien en sac à dos.

Le bruit dans la rue dans la nuit du samedi au dimanche, prendre une chambre de l'autre côté car c'est toutes les semaines...
En réservant la chambre sur Booking.com, j'ai cliqué sur parking gratuit or le parking coûte 25 € par jour à l'hôtel s'il reste une place ou dans un public pas très loin...
Prévoir une vraie douche dans la salle de bain
