Da falta de profissionalismo (apesar da simpatia dos funcionários) e do facto de não terem informado que a parte exterior do hotel estava interdita por motivo de obras

Quase nada
Tudo medíocre, a começar pelo atendimento na recepção, passando pelas instalações (parte das quais estão simplesmente inoperacionais) e acabando nas obras, causadoras de barulho e outros transtornos
Obras a decorrer no local. Barulho sentido no quarto num sabado ás 8h da manhã.

O espaço em si é agradável e com várias atividades para crianças.
The location is amazing
The entire territory was under reconstruction. Excavators were right in front of my balcony. The sauna was broken. Turkish bath should have worked till 8pm, but at 7.20pm it was already turned off. In general it is disappointing that I can't use a sauna/gym/swimming pool after 8pm. I have 2 kids and I can have my own time only at night when they go to sleep.... The breakfast was so-so..
