Esperaba mas de un 5 estrellas
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda

Cons:

Que la piscina es un extra, el spa un extra, el desayuno 21 euros por persona, tampoco era nada del otro mundo. Las salas comunes, extra. Al final daba la sensación que las facilidades del hotel estaban repartidas por fasciculos.

A good overnight stop en route from Javea to Santander
Pros:

Comfortable, great breakfast and helpful service in hotel . Cafe on ground floor disappointing food and service

Cons:

Map of location of car park was not accurate with regards to exact location of the car park in relation to the route shown on the map and the location of the facility on Avenida Juan Pablo ll. It looks like at the entrance not some 400 m along across another boulevard. Good secure car park.

Bien, pero no para un 5 estrellas
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación, pese a estar retirado del centro, está muy bien comunicado y la zona es bonita y tranquila. La climatización en la habitación era perfecta. Hay mucho aparcamiento amplio y seguro en la zona, no es necesario pagar los 23€/dia del parking del hotel.

Cons:

La habitación no estaba del todo limpia: roales de bebidas en las mesillas de noche de otros huéspedes, ausencia de escobilla de WC… La cisterna hacía ruido y perdía agua, y en las amenities no había algo tan básico como un acondicionador de pelo. El spa es ridículamente pequeño y, con la entrada de niños, olvídate de relajarte; eso sí, 15€/pax!
En resumen, nada era demasiado importante, pero detalles impropios de un hotel 5 estrellas.
