Pros:

因为筹备到西班牙看日全食，提前一年就预订了萨拉戈萨的这家酒店。后来当地很多酒店在日全食当天的价格都翻了几倍，但我们一家还是原价如期入住了。酒店不在老城，但是交通和停车都很很方便，设施很新。孩子评价这是我们西班牙旅行中住的最小的城市最好的酒店。

Sympa même si nous avions payé pour 6 nuits mais séjourné juste 2 nuits
Pros:

La chambre ultra propre et les lits très confortables. Bus et arrêt de tramway à proximité. Le déjeuner était copieux avec un large choix de produits locaux, fruits, pains, jus, etc etc etc.

Cons:

À cause des incendies vers Bordeaux et venant de Nantes, nous avions opté pour prendre l'avion au lieu de la voiture à la dernière minute mais nous avions eu 4 nuits de retard à l'arrivée à l'hôtel, les vols + trains étant ultra chers. Nous n'avions pas pu être remboursé à cause de notre réservation avec Booking. Je pense que Booking devrait être plus compréhensif avec le remboursement quand il s'agit des catastrophes imprévues et hors de notre control.
Quant à l'hôtel, je n'ai pas aimé le fait que les enfants soient admis dans la piscine entre 14h et 18h, ils devraient être admis toute la journée, mon fils était triste de ne pas pouvoir se baigner dans la piscine le matin alors que les balades en ville se font l'après-midi. En outre, nous avons eu une fuite dans le paroi de douche car pas étanche mais le personnel est venu nettoyer.

Bien ubicado pero muy mal acondicionado
Pros:

La habitacion era grande y tambien el baño

Cons:

La ducha tenía placas metálicas instaladas en el suelo que se movían y eran muy deslizantes, peligrosas. Había una bañera contigua a la ducha que dificultaba aún más el poder tomar una ducha sin el riesgo de caerte.
El baño no disponía de escobilla para limpiar el inodoro despues de evacuar.
No habia zapatillas en la habitación
El acceso al parquing del hotel estaba situado al otro extremo de la manzana (+/- 300 metros de la entrada del hotel) . Siendo muy común que los clientes del hotel terminasen en el parquing del centro comercial ubicado en la misma manzana. Su localización era dificil, incluso una vez se disponia de información sobre como llegar.
La atención del personal de recepcion no era la esperada en un hotel de 5 estrellas
