Wir müssen für etwas bezahlen, was wir gar nicht in Anspruch genommen haben.
Cons:

Obwohl eine Reservierung storniert wurde und auch von booking.com bestätigt wurde, dass keinerlei Kosten anfallen würden, hat das Hotel trotzdem 90,78 € abgebucht. Das Hotel hatte uns im übrigen mitgeteilt, dass es ausgebucht wäre.
Wir sollten doch bitte stornieren.

Stanza molto spaziosa e bella, personale disponibile e cordiale. Possibilità di prendere zuppa, frutta e bevande gratuitamente. Zona fantastica: vicinissima alla stazione e a dieci/quindici minuti a piedi dal centro

Cons:

Pulizia un po’ superficiale. Piastrelle della doccia un po’ sporche, mensole impolverate.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt Suppe und Obst und Getränke for free.

Super freundliches Personal, tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Das Personal war besonders freundlich. Auch fanden wir die kostenfreie Versorgung mit Obst, Suppe und Getränken super.

Relaxing and value for money
Pros:

There was a minor technical issue with the room, I got compensation for that and the issue was indeed minimal. I'm a fan of the townhouse, quiet area close to the city centre and Maas river and a relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

Nothing, I was a happy guest. Usually Townhouse is over budget for me, not this time. Thank you!
