Chambre très correcte pour une famille de 4.
Lits confortables.
Petits gâteaux, thé, café, soupe à disposition à l'accueil de l'hôtel

Cons:

Manque le nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle ds la kitchenette. Le frigo était plein à notre arrivée, oubli des précédents locataires ?!?

Goed, netjes, bijgehouden hotel, met aangename rust
Pros:

Rustige, goede locatie net buiten centrum. Personeel is vriendelijk, altijd bereid je te helpen.
Schone kamers, goed bijgehouden. Ook tijdens verblijf.

Cons:

Uitzicht, hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de binnenplaats. Konden als we schuin uit het raam keken net een parkeerdek zien. Maar dat is geen minpunt. Niet elke kamer kan top uitzicht hebben.

Great location, great comfortable bed.

Cons:

- the value/price ratio awful, there is a difference between expensive and overpriced and this was overpriced given the value you get
- incompetent staff, mostly students that dont even know what to do, worse is that even the other staff not students was also incompetent
- ashtray full of cigarets on the room terrace - whole 5 days, still not cleaned
- changing towels every day even if they were not dropped to the ground - why? I dont need a fresh towel for my face EVERY day, why waste?
- breakfast was mid, eggs cold - who wants to eat scrambled eggs cold? Ugh basic stuff not meeting regular quality conditions here, I expected better, and the dining area so cold, I could see other people finding spots away from air conditition - again - incompetent staff here to turn it off given the outside morning temperature, its not about me asking nonstop, its about the hotel knowing whats the comfort here
- I would not book again, disapointment
- until today I still dont have an answer to my email I asked before my arrival - this tells you a lot how they care about customers - oh right they are busy standing by the pc at reception all day long
- soup with bread available on the reception throughout the day - I come in the afternoon - soup cold and no bread, why offer when you cant provide? again incompetent staff not able to provide it in apropriate conditions throughout the day - refill etc.

Prima locatie voor een korte stadstrip
Pros:

Entree, bij aankomst een kopje soep, je kan daar altijd een kopje thee of koffie pakken en even rustig zitten

Nous avons aimé le breakfast copieux,le calme et l'emplacement.

Cons:

Ce que nous n'avons pas aimé c'est le rapport qualité -prix, il est noté hotel **** + Spa, il n'ya pas de spa, il faut aller dans un autre endroit à l'extérieur et payer un supplément. La propreté de la chambre ce n'est pas top (rideaux, murs et sol sales et poussiéreux)

Erg prettig verblijf.
Pros:

Heel gastvrije ontvangst. Er staan lekkere zoetigheden en soepje in de receptie. Prima locatie om vanuit daar de stad te verkennen.
