Mooie ruime kamer en heerlijk bad. Goeie service. Airco werkt goed. Dichtbij centrum. Gewoon top!
Ruime kamer met pantry, rustig aan achterzijde. Parkeren tegen gunstig tarief bij hotel. 24-uursreceptie. Rustige straat, centraal gelegen bij station. Fijne mogelijkheden in lounge. Redelijk tot goed ontbijt. Bijgeboekte ontbijtoptie kon aangepast worden omdat op 1 van de dagen onze plannen wijzigden.
Kamers waren niet op tijd klaar. Personeel deed wel hun best om het alsnog voor elkaar te krijgen. Hygiene; toilet was niet grondig genoeg gereinigd. Stof. Airco maakte tikkend storend geluid. Aan de dure kant.
De locatie, de vriendelijke balie medewerkers en de goede bedden!

Hotel & Spa (Spa suggereert dat je daar zo terecht kunt, maar je moet het boeken en apart betalen.
En kleinigheidje: uitzicht achterkant tegen lelijk betongaasconstructie. De hotelbedchrijving suggereerde iets mooiers.

Een goed bed. Ruime studio. Perfecte locatie om de stad in te gaan.
Het ontbijt was heel basic. De studio was matig schoongemaakt. Spiegels in de inkomhal en leefruimte waren zeer vuil. Schimmel in de douche. Reservekussen in de kast was bevlekt en zonder kussenhoes.
Air conditioning in room was great as it was very hot in Maastricht when we stayed.
Black out blinds in room were excellent.
Free tea, coffee, pastries and soup in reception.
Luggage storage meant we could make the most of our last day in Maastricht after checking out.
All the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Easy walking distance to train station, International bus stop and the city.
