Ze bieden voor hun gasten in de lobby gratis koffie, thee en versnaperingen. Dit is een hele fijne service die je maar weinig tegenkomt in een hotel. Het geeft je het gevoel thuis te komen.
Ik arriveerde op zondag en om 16h was mijn kamer nog niet klaar.
De kamer was niet echt schoon spinnen raggen. En onder de bank lag een berg stof.
Dichtbij de binnenstad en leuk ingericht
2 verschillende prijsklasse kamers geboekt en eigenlijk moeilijk te zien welke de betere zou zijn. 1 was iets groter maar had een douche-in-bad (persoonlijke afknapper) en airco. De ander was kleiner maar had een grote luxe douche en ventilator.

Kamer erg krap. Jammer dat de drukke omgeving het lastig maakt om te ventileren.
Parkeren via ‘My way’ is vooral handig voor jongere mensen die digitaal ervaren zijn. Zou beter zijn als personeel dit duidelijknuitkegt of even helpt.

De locatie op loopafstand van het centrum
Het zou gaan om een appartement, maar keukenblok stelde weinig voor.
Ook moesten wij smalle trappen op. Hygiëne waren ook niet heel super.
De.prijs was nogal aan de hoge kant (en dat zonder ontbijt ) dus hadden echt meer verwacht.
Personeel overdag was prima, maar de jongens in de avond wisten in eerste instantie niet hoe we de parkeergarage van het hotel in konden, waar onze auto met spullen al de hele dag stond.
Bij vertrek stonden er ook nog dingen op ons rekeningoverzicht die niet van ons waren.
Eine Querstraße zum Bahnhof. Sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreichbar. Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig. Parken einfach über die APP.
