Een mooie kamer en de perfecte locatie, ook erg leuk dat je een soepje, koffie, thee of ijsthee kan pakken. Personeel was erg vriendelijk

Veel vieze vlekken op de bank en stoel. Het parkeren was wel een beetje een gedoe omdat we steeds aan de receptie moesten vragen of deze open mocht

Voor herhaling vatbaar en zéér aan te raden.
Pros:

Uiterst behulpzame ontvangst pre-checkin. Ongevraagde uitleg bij plattegrond Maastricht. Heerlijk Engels ontbijt en verse broodjes. Heerlijk op de 4e verdieping dus geen voetstappen boven mijn hoofd.

Cons:

Een vergrootspiegel in de badkamer. Oudere mensen hebben nu eenmaal slechtere ogen.

De extra 'soep / broodjes / lekkers' wat klaar stond en thee / koffie wat gepakt kon worden. En de gratis upgrade van kamer naar studio.

13 euro voor een glaasje wijn, toch wel aan de hoge kant voor een 'gewoon' hotel.
