La douche etait bien

Pas de Clim, des personnes qui font du bruits et fume dehors donc impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres, le petit déjeuner très restreint car il manquait beaucoup de produits…

Gostei da limpeza, atenção dos funcionários, café da manhã.

Sentir falta de frigobar, ar condicionado, pois só tem ventilador No entanto, eu já contatei sabendo que não havia. O local é um pouco sombrio, mas muito tranquilo, eu chegava por volta das 2h da manhã, mas me sentia segura. Existe muito moradores de rua no local, mas ninguém te oportuna.

Cons:

Chambre insalubre : présence d'insectes (lépismes) et de cheveux sur la literie, nuit blanche à cause de cela. Signalement immédiat au personnel (avec photos et video), qui a minimisé le problème (« insecte de chaleur ») et refusé le changement de chambre en me disant que c'était la même chose dans les autres chambres. Pas de clim, un seul petit ventilateur fourni face à la chaleur, complété tardivement et seulement après réclamation. Quartier peu sécurisant. Prestation non conforme à l'annonce et aux standards d'hygiène attendus. À fuir
