Please note there is construction taking place across the road from the property, with works expected to be completed by Nov 2026.
External building painting is underway, with abseilers working in various areas of the building, including balconies. This project is expected to be completed by March 2026.

Overpriced and poorly maintained apartment room. Stained armrests on the couch. Ripped seats outside on the balcony. Nowhere to place items in the bathroom. Rusty fittings in toilet/bathroom. Missing or broken fittings in the shower and toilet. Staff at the front desk come across like they dont want to deal with you right from the get-go. We've stayed at some premium luxury hotels in Brisbane city and paid less. For over $500 a night...what a rip off! This was without a doubt maximum price of $180.00. Motel room/unit would have been in better condition than this!
Beautiful apartment, close to the beach and shops. Full kitchen, spacious lounge, balcony, washer and dryer, comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space and secure undercover parking.

Spacious, great location, very comfortable, beautiful balcony, sea view, very friendly and helpful on check in, secure parking, restaurant bar immediately below along with many other dining/breakfast options along with supermarket in walking distance, beautiful esplanade walk.
Added acknowledgment- Our room was SO clean- bathroom was sparkling!

Unit was great, large and fabulous views.
Security between floors, we were a large group that booked several units. Due to security we were not able to have access to floors that other family members and friends were on. It was VERY VERY inconvienent.
