The friendly staff and they upgraded our room and treated us so well, we had our small baby with and they made it easy
The taxi service was not good of the hotel they charged us 9k to the Navi Mumbai whereas we came from the same airport to this hotel in 2.3k and also in the morning we left from the hotel so not so much traffic too so I don’t understand for what they charged us 9k. My advice don’t book taxi service from the hotel instead get a cab ola or uber they take time to come but will charge you a reasonable amount.
