Pros:

Service and staff is excellent. The Hotel is very old but it was clean and hygienic.

Cons:

The breakfast was really bad and thats the reason I ate out the rest of the days. I only tried it once.

Lovely Fitness Facility!
Pros:

The Sofitel fitness center is a delight to workout in. It is clean, well- maintained, well-equiped and Ravi the trainer is a gem. And the sauna, steam and jacuzzi facilities for recovery right after makes it a great place to spend the weekend working out and then unwinding recovering and relaxing.

I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel. I would like to sincerely thank Ganesh and Mukesh for taking such great care of our rooms. Ganesh looked after my mother’s room, and Mukesh took excellent care of mine. Both of them were always kind, polite, professional, and ready to help with a smile.
A special thank you to Mukesh for making me feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home throughout my stay. His attention to every little detail and caring nature made a big difference.
Whenever I visit Sofitel again, I would be very happy if Mukesh and Ganesh could take care of our rooms again. Thank you both for your wonderful service and for making our stay so memorable.
