very clean hotel and price is good
Pros:

love the free breakfast and hotel so clean and friendly.... tons of little restrauants near and a nice police station on one side I felt very safe staying there and you have to use room key to use the elevator . overall I will stay here again in the fall

Cons:

make sure to have translate on phone no one speaks English even though their website says they do
beds are firm so I had to sleep with pillow under hips
kinda hard to find entrance to hotel

Pros:

Hotel and hotel staff particularly Owen , awesome person , very very helpful

Cons:

Wash room and bathroom are to be closed with single sliders and slider doesn't have locks , anybody can just open the slider , please put a lock to the slider

We are very grateful to the hotel staff who brought us to the train station.
Pros:

Shenzhen Ramada Plaza Hotel (North Railway Station ) is my favorite hotel in Shenzhen. Due to service, cleanliness, good rooms and good payment management that is not redundant. As a foreigner I found that the other hotel staff Not interested to service in us much, But the staff at Ramada Plaza Hotel Shenzhen are very friendly and welcoming to foreigners.
