Pros:

Got bitten in night, they came colkected bug next day ! Bed was like board The air con was stuck on low , 15 ! Had to have heating on hottest night of year ! No rooms left to to swap too, next day moved room , bed too hard but they brought me extra bedding ! Bus still not useful , too high to get on bed , Slept 2nd night in my reclining wheelchair ! Shocking !!! 2nd night had more bites ! Rang hotel every day as they promised refund , say manager will ring me back to no avial ! HELP

Excellent staff specially the night reception on 24th June were above expectation.
