Overall the stay was good, friendly staff. Would recommend and visit again.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Didn’t like the wet room. It could do with a refurbishment. I felt uncomfortable in there.

Rude staff, bad service.
Cons:

Staff very rude, I asked to change rooms due to the toilet not flushing, was told not possible.

Parking currently out of order so had to park on the other side of town. They need to remove the tag on booking.com regarding parking as currently none existent.


It was a budget hotel, but I do expect the toilet to flush and when I was told moving rooms was not possible I asked for a refund they said I couldn’t have one and I could use the toilet near reception.. 3 floors down. Great.
