I have stayed at Ramada by Wyndham in Navi Mumbai (live in London, UK) on multiple occasions over the past 2-3 years and for long stays of 12-15 days. (please see my previous reviews). If reviews were rated 1-10, this would be an 11 every time!
To provide excellent service consistently is a very tall order for any establishment and I can say, unequivocally, that this hotel provides an experience that makes one's stay nothing short of home from home, with the added comfort, care & luxury to make the stay truly overwhelming.
All the staff from the security at the gate & greeting at the door, the wonderful staff at reception, breakfast and restaurant staff truly attentive & caring, great bar, chefs, housekeeping, laundry are professional, proficient, diligent and always go above and beyond. I have stayed at other 5 star hotels in India (Mumbai, Gujarat, Goa, Pune) that wouldn't come close, as the staff, management, rooms, facilities & dining here are exceptional.
If you are looking for a hotel stay specifically for the location to be in Navi Mumbai, this hotel will give you everything you need and more, beyond expectations, every time. Navi Mumbai is not exactly a nature or excursion family holiday place, the hotel is located more pragmatically in a business complex for its convenience to any tasks you need to be in Navi Mumbai for, but having said that there are some mind blowing malls to visit and not too far from the airport. Cabs are very easy to get and no problems with pick ups and drops in a very nice gated front entrance.

I am not one to just find things to comment on for feedback just to fill the space so really nothing falls short for me.
If you have any issues, like a squeaky desk chair, just ask and the problem is solved.

My stay at the ramada hotel was relaxing from start to finish. The atmosphere are calm and the facility was well maintained. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center and swimming pool the room service was prompt and the food quality was impressive. It was comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at the Ramada Hotel with my family for a weekend vacation. The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment for both adults and children. The rooms were spacious enough for our family, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. We had a great time and would happily return.
