Excellent hotel for a very comfortable & enjoyable long term stay
Pros:

To answer the two key questions always asked to gauge customer satisfaction:
Would I recommend this hotel to a friend - Absolutely yes!
Would I go there again - Absolutely yes!! The last stay was my 3rd time there.

Location - For my requirements great. Uber are always available for pick up & drop off.
Gate, security, door personnel - All very courteous and helpful always
Main Reception desk - Staff are extremely welcoming. attentive, efficient and extend the utmost courtesy & care always.
Rooms - Everything you need and expect from a luxury hotel. Very well equipped. Good housekeeping services.
Restaurant for Breakfast - Good buffet selection and variations introduced every day. Great service.
Restaurant & Bar - Simply excellent food provided from a very good selection on the menu. My special request to have non-spicy (no chili) food was carefully managed and every dish (Vegetarian) I requested was delicious beyond expectations.
(I got to meet the chef and had the opportunity to tell him how delighted I was with every meal).
All the serving staff are very helpful, jovial and attentive. The bar staff also very switched on, engaging & happy to oblige.
Restaurant stays open from noon all day till around 23:00, which is a boon if your day needs flexibility.
With 2 lifts working all the time, access to rooms & lobby is very good and the air conditioning in the lobby is excellent (which in 35 degrees is a blessing)
Always been a great, no fuss, everything you need, comfortable stay there. Thank you.

Cons:

The positives far outweigh any little niggles one may have but to be fair here goes.

The wifi does cut out from time to time but never completely out.
They do host corporate events and, as the location is within an industrial park, the majority of guests are more senior corporate. No issue at all as everyone just minds their own business and you can still enjoy yourself if there for leisure.
There is a very well equipped gym there too and a pool.
They do host some parties and events with music etc. but the loud music does close by 23:00.

Do not book for wedding. Not supportive and unresponsive Management.
Pros:

I strongly advise against booking Ramada Navi Mumbai for your wedding. The management is unresponsive once payment has been made, and our experience left us deeply disappointed.

Our family, based in Dubai, had booked the hotel for our wedding on 5th and 6th March 2026. Following the escalation of the conflict in the region, all flights from Dubai to Mumbai were suspended after 28th February 2026, a situation entirely beyond our control. We proactively notified the hotel on 27th February 2026. While they held our booking until their cut-off date of 2nd March 2026, they showed no willingness to acknowledge that this was a force majeure situation, one notably absent from our contract. The emotional burden this placed on the bride and her family (who had reached early morning on 27th February 2026) was immense, and the least the hotel could have done was refund our initial deposit of ₹3 Lakhs.
Instead, they offered the absurd alternative of holding the deposit for one year against the banquet hall alone. No couple with their wedding planned for this year would reasonably accept this. Furthermore, given the one-week advance notice we provided, the hotel had ample opportunity to offer their venue to other guests. Despite multiple follow-up emails requesting even a partial refund, we have received no response.

Adding to our frustration, the planning process spanning over three months was riddled with hidden charges and last-minute policy disclosures such as last-minute communication of Novex license (informed by the decorator and not hotel Management which is needed to pay songs by Tips, Diljit Dosanjh, Daler Mehndi and various other artists), PPL music licensing fees will be charged per event, and a restriction on buffet service after midnight. We adapted to their demanding terms throughout, yet neither the hotel nor their exclusive vendor partners (including the photographer) have shown any goodwill in addressing our refund request.
If you have already booked this venue, review your terms carefully and watch out for undisclosed charges and rigid food and banquet policies. For those still deciding — please consider other options. This hotel will not stand by you when it matters most.
