We usually choose the Express because it is usually budget friendly, however the rates have gone up
Pros:

I was impressed with the new coffee machine and the fact that we had access to earlier than breakfast.

Cons:

A discount would have been helpful since we were there for a funeral our stay was pleasant but we weren’t there to have a good time.

Darielle is the BEST!
Pros:

Darielle Jordan was extremely helpful with our hotel reservation for our stay. What started out with us going to the wrong Holiday Inn, calling and cancelling the reservation at the Express and then having Darielle help with getting our rooms back where other family members were staying - well she saved the day! We were able to be with other family for our family reunion! This hotel is very clean, and the other staff - Jay Johnson - are very friendly and helpful! Not only to us but we saw them interact with other guests! We will be back here in 3 years when we have our next reunion, Thank you Darielle and Jay for all your help!

The staff made my stay at their clean and comfortable hotel very comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Great staff very friendly

Cons:

Nothing. Pool was clean and accessible. Plenty of towels for the pool and in the room

It was pleasant
Pros:

It was convenient for what I needed

Cons:

The a/c was not on when we arrived in our room so it was pretty warm. The outside temp was in the 90’s and the room was about 82 degrees. The a/c had to run continuously to cool the room down.
