Elegant and comfortable
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. Nice walk to the city centre.

Cons:

We did have a slight problem with the bed. We had do stop it rocking. We did report it in the morning

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación central, la cama comodísima, y con las altas temperaturas de Zaragoza es un plus tener una piscina para pasar las horas de más calor cuando es imposible salir a la calle.

El tamaño y confort de las camas.

Cons:

Para ser un 5 estrellas, me espera un poco más - el desayuno algo escaso, el gimnasio muy pequeño y con pocas opciones.
El baño es un poco peligroso - necesita algo antideslizante dentro y fuera de la bañera, alguien mayor podría tener facilmente un accidente ahí - yo me escurrí varias veces.
No hay colgadores en el baño para las toallas.
