Niet de luxe die je mag verwachten voor deze prijs per nacht. Wel een zeer goede locatie ten opzichte van het oude cent

Lokatie is geweldig. Dicht bij de het oude centrum alles te lopen en goede parkeerplaats 18 euro per dag. Mooie restaurants in de buurt

Cons:

Het was de eerste dag terras ontbijt van het seizoen. Bijna alles ging mis wat er fout kan gaan. Personeel deed erg haar best om het toch zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Personeel kwam persoonlijk excuses aanbieden, wat we erg hebben kunnen waarderen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, um Bergamo zu erkunden.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, perfekt, um Bergamo zu besichtigen. Der Funiculare ist gleich ums Eck, das Zentrum der Altstadt ebenso. Parkplatz ums Eck ist sehr bequem.

Śniadanie pyszne, duży wybór produktów, świetna kawa. Pokoje świetnie urządzone i wyposażone , wygodne łóżka. Sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Lokalizacja - wspaniała.

Elegantní ubytování s krásným výhledem, kvalitní snídaně, příjemný personál.
Pros:

Snídaně byla z kvalitních surovin, personál velmi příjemný, pozorný, doplňoval, co chybělo. Teplé nápoje byly servírovány dle přání. Úklid denní, v průběhu pobytu i výměna ručníků, což jsme ani nečekali. Na pokoji byly i župany. Pokoj byl velký, pod oknem dlouhá police na odkládání, dostatek elektrických zásuvek, samostatný prostor jako předsíňka a kuchyňský koutek v jednom. V hotelu i okolí byl klid, ale ještě bylo venku chladněji a nebyla úplně turistická sezona. Z hotelu jsme obdrželi podrobný popis cesty od autobusové linky č. 1, která jede až na/z letiště, není to daleko. Kousek pod hotelem stanice lanovky. Hotel v kopci, pěkný výhled.

Cons:

Skříňka na oblečení byla malá (když se na věšák dalo oblečení - bunda - už nešla skříňka dovřít). WC při dosednutí trochu skřípalo, člověk se bál, zda není uvolněné...
Považuji za zbytečné nabízet na pokoji placenou pitnou vodu - sice ve skleněné lahvi, ale myslím, že byla opakovaně plnitelná (nezkoušeli jsme) a člověk nevěděl, jak dlouho to tam stojí. Trochu v noci rušilo světlo z ledničky a v předsíni se nám večer chaoticky samo zapínalo osvětlení. Ale nic z toho zásadně neovlivnilo dojem z ubytování.

A amazing place very near to historic Bergamo city
Pros:

It is a small and beautiful hotel, very well located in a walking distance from Bergamo historic city.
The parking lot is providentially, perfect for whom is driving.
The view is amazing and the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The shower is great.

Struttura curatissima, accogliente e pulita

Cons:

Ahimè ho soggiornato durante i lavori di rifacimento delle coperture (senza comunicazione preventiva) con impossibilità di riposare durante il giorno. In ragione del notevole disagio mi aspettavo qualcosa in più di un “ci scusi” invece nulla.

abenteuerliche Anfahrt, aber dann schönes Erlebnis

Die erhöhte Lage am Rand der Altstadt und am Fuss des Castellohügels, schönes Haus mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal, Parkplatz auf Hotelgelände

Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist heikel, über enge und teilweise gesperrte Gassen in der Innenstadt, und Achtung! Hotel war gar nicht erreichbar bzw. wurde auf halbem Weg jäh gestoppt und wir zur schwierigen Umkehr gezwungen auf der in der Karte eingetragenen hügligen Direktzufahrt ausserhalb der Stadt,
