Beautiful stay for a couple nights.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for exploring the old part of Zaragoza. Plus, not too far to walk back from the Alaferia. Hotel staff friendly, excellent breakfast buffet, our room was pretty and quiet.

Cons:

It was a little tricky to figure out the AC system.

Cons:

Impossible de régler la température de la chambre. Il y faisait beaucoup trop chaud. Et les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas.

Très bel hôtel.
Pros:

Très bon accueil, personnel chaleureux et à l'écoute. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait tout comme l'équipement et la propreté.

Cons:

Dommage que le bar ne soit pas ouvert, cela apporterai un peu d'ambiance chaleureuse même si l'hôtel est à proximité de cafés et bars. La ventilation (courant d'air frais) et le volume de la musique (trop fort par moment) dans la salle du petit déjeuner.

Nell'insieme siamo stati molto bene, la città mi è piaciuta molto, città vivibilissima, sicura
Pros:

La struttura molto comoda, si arriva comodi a piedi nelle principali attrazioni della città. In camera c'era tutto quello che serviva, pratica e pulita.

Cons:

Mi aspettavo più empatia, ho trovato lo staff poco accogliente. La camera veniva fatta intorno alle 14.30/15.00 del pomeriggio, proprio all'ora in cui noi eravamo in camera perché fuori c'erano 36°
