Refrescante alto en el camino

Excelente relación calidad precio. El personal amable, desayuno variado y rico. Nos alojamos un día caluroso y nos refrescamos en la piscina. Perfecto!

Aunque en un principio nos alojaron en una suite que no cumplió con nuestras expectativas y nos disgustó realmente mucho, el personal del hotel y en concreto Angel (recepción) , hizo a la perfección su trabajo e inmediatamente nos reubicó con gran amabilidad lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia en el hotel fuera estupenda. GRAN PROFESIONAL

Cons:

Aunque es un gran hotel inmejorablemente ubicado, es verdad que necesitaría una puesta a punto y limpieza, muchas zonas de la habitación y sobre todo la terraza estaban muy deterioradas

Expectacular !
Pros:

El hotel es espectacular. Está justo en el casco histórico a 300 metros de los puntos turísticos más importantes… también de las calles más importantes. La habitación muy limpia, cómoda, y desayuno delicioso. Solo tengo elogios. Lo repetiré cada vez que vaya a Zaragoza.

La atención del personal excelente! Angel nos atendió excelentemente

Cons:

Teníamos pago una suite y las instalaciones necesitaban mantenimiento… la persiana del baño estaba rota y no funcionaba y la piscina muy pequeña
