Pros:

Staff courtesy and professionalism- absolutely brilliant. Location to Mayang and KT CC malls, and within walking distance to Batu Buruk beach

Dalam bilik air sabun dan syampu habis. Staff tak cek / topup. Breakfast okey. Mlm sblm nk tido ada bunyi “bising2” sikit haha

Good location close to 2 malls

Cons:

This hotel may be OK for a short stay - not suitable for long stay No clothes storage just 6 coat hangers we asked for storage but not followed up
Staff need customer service training
Room could have been cleaner - lots of thick black hair in the room on check in.
Renovation work was taking place in the room next door but no- one advised us of this - lots of loud banging and drilling. Bathroom very outdated
They ran out of croissants and eggs one day at breakfast.
This hotel is aimed at local tourists not westeners - we were told by staff that the hotel is 4 star - 3 star would be more believable
