Great front desk
Pros:

Very helpful lady on front desk, organised change of room for us, plus a day room when coming back, save waiting hours at the airport.

Cons:

Our first room smelt of smoking, didn't know you had to request non smoking rooms any more! As mentioned lady at front desk was happy to change.

Hotel da evitare. Non pulito e all’altezza degli standard minimi occidentali

Cons:

Nonostante l’apparenza iniziale l’hotel è vecchio e la struttura, il mobilio e il corredo sono rimasti gli stessi di 60 anni fa senza alcun rinnovamento. Le lenzuola e le federe erano vecchie, sgualcite e con aloni neri. Gli asciugamani in bagno non li abbiamo trovati puliti e presentano delle macchie. L’hotel non è in linea con i servizi che questo tipo di struttura dovrebbe offrire. La sala da colazione con il buffet erano piuttosto sporchi. L’igiene è poco curato e la struttura risulta squallida.

Berbaloi dengan harga
Pros:

Semua pekerja sangat ramah dan baik. Tolong angkat barang dan katil baby hantar ke bilik. Bilik selesa dan ada semua kelengkapan yang diberitahu. Pemandangan cantik sangat menghadap Jambatan Angkat Kuala Terengganu, pantai dan mall. Sarapan pun sedap dan pelbagai. Katil double boleh muat sampai 3 orang. Saya request baby cot dan dapat secara free.

Cons:

Tandas tak bersih sangat terutama di bahagian bawah. Harap pekerja lebih cakna. Siaran tv agak kabur.
