Cons:

The room was very small compared to American hotels. It was interesting, though. Also, and I know this wasn’t their fault, but I paid for my luggage to be delivered from one hotel to the next and it did not arrive when I was told it would. It was an entire extra day without luggage. I was not prepared for it since everything in Japan seems to run so smoothly, I did not think it would be delayed.

The room is spacious for one person. The toilet layout is a bit different (it's an open lol). Also, there's a great selection of complimentary toiletries available near the lift for guests to take freely.
