Clean and well located

Hôtel simple, efficace et bien placé.
Pros:

L’emplacement, le personnel, l’accueil, les produits à disposition, l’équipement à disposition.

Cons:

Problème d’insonorisation au niveau de la porte qui donne sur le couloir avec certains clients bruyant ainsi que les portes qui claquent. Et aussi l’odeur forte de cigarette quand nous activons la climatisation.

通信環境非常に悪いです。ですが…
Pros:

シャワー浴びて寝る分には高水準で、朝飯も良かった。泊まった翌日の活動がとても充実した。

Cons:

部屋に入った途端（部屋番号は510号室だった。）、携帯の電波が著しく悪くなる。専用のWi-Fiも、お世辞にも良いとは言えなかった。部屋で情報の整理や収集、明日の予定を組み立てる等の行動がほぼ不可能に近い。（読書等が趣味の方は気にならないだろう。）

しかし、ここからは寝る分には高水準と綴った訳を記したい。

あの夜、通信が悪く不便な思いをしていた中、夜中の12時になっていないタイミングで思いきって眠りについてみたが、なんと朝食開始時間までぐっすり眠れた。このホテルはもしかすると、通信環境を敢えて劣悪にし、携帯を手放せて本来の睡眠に導いてくれる設計なのかもしれないと、朝食を食べながらそう思った。

さて、長々と駄文を綴りましたが、最悪な通信環境と引き換えに、上質な睡眠を約束してくれるホテルでした。

Overall perfect for what I needed and great value for money.
Pros:

The location is excellent - with plenty of convenience stores nearby and a short walk from the main station. The rooms are modern and well maintained - they look new. The rooms are small but the curved layout means it doesn’t really feel that way. The staff are lovely - always happy to help and chat at reception.

性價比低

3分鐘到地鐵站，蠻方便的
樓下就有便利店
個人衞生用品齊備

Cons:

性價比不高，星期六一晚要27000円，房間卻只有150呎
房間是狹長型，桌子，熱水壺雪櫃垃圾桶等等都在最裡面，每次要用就要經過兩張床，通道就只有大約20多厘米
把兩件行李打開也只能說是勉強可以
我是203號房，房間雪櫃是壞的，完全不冷，因為只住一晚也就懶得換房
可是付了這個價錢，就連雪櫃也是壞的，就沒有下次了。
