Overall hotel location and value for price, of course good, but my personal experience was bad.
Pros:

Hotel located in the center of busy street. Easy to access to restaurants etc. Some room are renovated under "Superior Vibe" category name.

Cons:

I had second booking for different "Vibe" room and selected 1 big bed option. Informed the staff also. They told me 1 big will be ready around 3pm, I agreed. When we packed and moved they give us 2 small separate beds. Then we waited again to prepare room with 1 big bed, but the room window was looking at the hotel corridor. I noticed that someone was looking inside the room from the corridor and asked reception to give us the room with more privacy. Then, they moved us new room, window watching outside and 1 big bed. But... this room was connecting with other room. We could clearly hear what other guests were talking. At the end my local girlfriend wasn't comfortable to stay there, and left to her house.

Cons:

I booked a suite for $106 a night, upon checking in I was told that was not available and I was put into the cheapest room. On booking.com it was $43. I was told a refund was impossible

Some maintenance was going on and there was continuous noise of drill machines. Staff was not bothered.

Great staff, comfy rooms, awesome pool.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and happy, always with a smile and a hello.
Buffet breakfast was delicious and lots on offer.
Rooms were really clean and comfortable, beds were a little hard but still comfy and HUGE!
Pool was beautiful, warm and relaxing.
Bathroom was small but still served its purpose.
Super happy with our stay at The One and would definitely stay here again
