Pros:

Très propre, très bon buffet avec beaucoup de choix, personnel gentil, les animateurs ne sont pas collants comme dans les autres clubs, on y reviendra sûrement

Aucune explication au niveau du check in sur le fonctionnement, l’emplacement du restaurant… d’ailleurs en voulant avoir des serviettes pour la piscine ils nous annoncent qu’il fallait donner une caution lors du chek in et récupérer une carte chose qu’on nous a pas dites

Très beau séjour malgré quelques points à améliorer
Pros:

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux ainsi que l’amabilité du personnel. Les chambres et les restaurants étaient très propres. Les jardins et les piscines étaient également très bien entretenus. Le service « All Inclusive » proposé était satisfaisant dans l’ensemble.

Cons:

la qualité de la literie et des produits de toilette pouvait être améliorée afin de mieux correspondre au niveau de prestation attendu d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Un séjour zen alliant farniente et découverte !

Navettes gratuites très importantes permettant de découvrir Marrakech sans contrainte (gros point positif)

Cons:

lit banquette un peu juste en taille pour une chambre proposée pour 3 adultes.
C'est le seul point qui peut être amélioré selon moi.

Pour le reste, cet établissement met tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour soit plaisant et sans stress en terme d'organisation.
Nous avons même pu récupérer notre chambre avant l'heure prévue au vu de l'arrivée de notre avion. La prise en charge à notre arrivée avec le verre d'accueil, l'accompagnement individualisé pour la saisie des fiches de renseignement à notre arrivée.

La chambre est catastrophique , le lit qui se casse en pleine nuit, on devait appelé 5 fois la reception pour avoir des oreillés fines , la télé qui ne marche pas , beaucoup d outils cassés et bricolés comme le miroire de la salle de bain ainsi les equipement colé avec de la colle forte , pas de savon fourni sauf une bouteille sale qu on doit squeezé par nos mains pas trop hygienique ce truc
