- Das suoer freundliche Personal.
- Das richtig gute Essen. Ein wirkliches kulinarisches Highlight.
- Die Aufteilung der Pools und die richtig toll angelegten Gärten.
- Die Aktivitäten wie Trapez Training, Bogenschießen, Golfkurs usw.

Cons:

In diesem Hotel gibt es tatsächlich nichts zu beanstanden. Weiter so.

Bel hôtel mais attention pour moi chambre trop bruyante.
Pros:

Hôtel impeccable. Personnel très gentil et disponible. Nourriture excellente et variée.
Très beau parc.

Cons:

Hôtel très bruyant. L’ insonorisation des chambres est inexistante.
Trop loin du centre, il y a bien une navette mais qui nous pose à une demi-heure à pied de la place el jemaa el fna.

Excellent séjour. Tout était plaisant.
Pros:

L'établissement est situé dans un magnifique parc arboré
Plusieurs piscines à disposition, repas variés, bons buffets, chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle
La navette gratuite vers le centre de Marrakech (en 20mn environ) est très pratique.
Personnels et équipe d'animation très sympathiques
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les spectacles offerts en soirée par une troupe de danseurs professionnels.

Cons:

Certaines chambres donnant sur le jardin, côté bars, piscine, etc. gagneraient à être insonorisées.
Hors ce point principal, quelques détails / quelques suggestions :
- repas : disposer de tasses de petit déjeuner plus grandes, de petits plateaux ;
- dans la chambre, un sèche-cheveux plus efficace serait bienvenu ; climatisation peu efficace
- navette : un stop plus proche de la Koutoubia (dans une rue adjacente au Bd Mohamed V) serait opportun notamment pour les personnes se déplaçant difficilement...

Tout : la diversité des activités, les infrastructures (notamment les terrains de sport et la salle de sport très bien équipées !!), les animateurs (notamment Ssamadi, Guili), le buffet pour sa diversité et sa qualité, la gentillesse du personnel, les boissons.

Cons:

Pas au point de ne pas aimer mais j’ai trouvé dommage que la salle de sport ferme aussi tôt. Dommage que l’on ne puisse pas changer les MAD en euro

Pour aller à notre chambre vous aller à droite tout au bout et encore à droite
Jamais aucun hôtel ne m a laissée me débrouiller dans un si grand complexe
Aucune info sur horaires restaurants, animations … bref rien de rien
Tout est compliqué pour eux …..
Problème de wifi,manque de piles télécommande, les espèces à rendre pour la serviette …la chambre de courtoisie …..
Heureusement que quand on croise les responsables tout est résolu

Formidable hotel
Pros:

tout était parfait, l ensemble du personnel , surtout le prof de tennis Chouki, le prof de golf Mustapha un grand merci a Miguel le chef Cuisinier pour se bons petit plat et la paella un délice...le petit vieux serveur a la piscine notre personne préférée...

Cons:

la clim dans la chambre trop bruyante...et arrêtez de négliger les personnes qui ne viennent pas de l étranger par exemple nous français avec des origines ...c est bien dommage mais sinon c est un incroyable hotel...
