Excellent Hotel placed Close to the train station. I’m in an easy walking reach of the main areas of Nice.
Pros:

The location was excellent for us as we wanted to get on the train to Monaco but will also within easy walking of the main areas in Nice. The staff are very friendly and we were able to park our car outside the hotel which was excellent.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice if there was a bar that we could’ve used, but it really wasn’t too much of a problem

Typisches Hotel mit viel Charme und tollem Team.
Pros:

Ein typisches französisches Hotel in der Nähe der Einkaufsstraße im Zentrum. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock war in Richtung ruhigen Innenhof, hoch bis ins Dach ausgebaut und mit französischem Fenster und schönem Blick. Großzügiges Badezimmer. Das gesamte Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Das junge Team freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis um 23 zu buchen. Der schöner Freibereich im großen Innenhof. Zwar hatten wir kein Frühstück, dieses muss aber fantastisch gewesen sein, da vieles frisch zubereitet wird.

Cons:

Leider war die Dusche nicht optimal zum Abfluss eingebaut, ging bis ins Zimmer über und halfen nur Handtücher, um eine Überschwemmung zu verhindern.

Comfortable stop
Pros:

Easy check in, clean and comfortable room. The room had everything we needed. Very convenient for the train station. There were several restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small, if i was staying longer this might have become more of an issue.

The staff was great, it looks great, but dirty bathroom.
Pros:

Nicely decorated, bed is comfortable. Close to the train. A distance to the water.

Cons:

The room smelled like sewage when you first entered and the bathroom was very dirty. The grout on the tiles had black mold and the walls has peeling paint and water damage/mold spots.

Idyllique, charmant hôtel calme et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et superbement placé
Pros:

superbe emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville, à quelques minutes à pieds de la gare TGV et pour autant, l'hôtel est situé dans une petite ruelle ce qui le rend très calme.

Cons:

le petit déjeuner était cher donc nous ne l'avons pas pris au sein de l'hôtel même si tout était fait maison.

Pros:

Fantastic place to base yourself when exploring the French Riviera. The location was excellent — very close to the train station, while still being an easy walk to the Old Town and beach. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We used Nice as our central base to travel along the French Riviera, and Maison Durante was perfect for this. Overall, one of the best stays we had during our trip around Europe.

Cons:

Only a couple of minor issues. Daily room cleaning isn’t included, so we requested a clean during our stay, but unfortunately our request was missed. The TV also had very limited English-language channels, and we couldn’t get the streaming/casting option to work, so there wasn’t much to watch when relaxing in the room in the evenings. Neither issue significantly affected what was otherwise a fantastic stay.

Дуже сподобався цей готель — насамперед завдяки неймовірно привітному, уважному й турботливому персоналу.

Я вперше була в Ніцці, і буквально з моменту заселення відчула, що тут про гостя справді дбають. Мені одразу дали карту міста, відмітили цікаві місця та рекомендовані пляжі, залишили номер телефону й сказали звертатися з будь-якими питаннями. Це дуже допомогло швидко зорієнтуватися й почуватися комфортно та безпечно.

Окремо хочу відзначити номер: ідеальна чистота, дуже зручне й м’яке ліжко, прекрасний вид і тиша — для мене це було особливо важливо після насичених прогулянок.

І маленький, але дуже приємний бонус, який точно оцінять дівчата: якісний шампунь і кондиціонер для волосся та чудовий фен BaByliss. Можна сміливо не везти половину косметички — волосся після нього виглядає прекрасно.

Щиро дякую всій команді готелю за гостинність, турботу та тепле ставлення. Якщо я ще раз буду в Ніцці, із задоволенням зупинюся тут знову. Щиро рекомендую!

Cons:

Є лише одне невелике побажання як рекомендація для покращення: було б дуже зручно мати можливість попрасувати речі — наприклад, попросити праску в користування або взяти її в оренду, щоб освіжити одяг після дороги. Це зовсім не мінус готелю, а лише маленька деталь, яка могла б зробити перебування ще комфортнішим.

Pros:

It is within walking distance of the Nice-Ville train station, UNIQLO, Five Guys, and more. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There are also a few grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed the breakfast here.

Cons:

The soundproofing in this room isn't very good; I can clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room.
