Thoroughly enjoyable.
Pros:

Very peaceful and the location was perfect. Plus great bathroom radiator and the tv translation to English was perfect, never seen that before.

Cons:

Not being able to check-in earlier or to checkout an hour later at 12pm. Definitely don’t like asking for extra toilet paper or having my room tidied, and I would have preferred more coffee in the room. Basically I prefer my needs being anticipated.

Easy walking distance to the Ville train station. Amazingly quiet for being in a big city.
Pros:

The outside patio area was lovely for a glass of wine or breakfast in the morning. The breakfast offerings were amazingly varied and artistically prepared.

Cons:

Small elevator so ended up taking stairs, but not too inconvenient.

* Sehr gute Lage: Das Hotel liegt ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants bequem erreichbar sind.
* Schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten.
* Praktisches Reinigungskonzept: Die Zimmerreinigung konnte unkompliziert per WhatsApp angefragt werden und wurde zuverlässig durchgeführt.
* Freundlicher Empfang bei der Anreise inklusive Hilfe mit dem Gepäck.
* Reservierter Parkplatz im Innenhof vorhanden.
* Das gesamte Personal war während des Aufenthalts stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

* Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt.
* Das Buffet bestand überwiegend aus Kuchen, Marmeladen, Croissants und Baguette.
* Produkte wie Rührei, Joghurt, Schinken oder Käse mussten jedes Mal separat bestellt werden und waren nicht sichtbar am Buffet verfügbar.
* Dadurch wirkte das Frühstücksangebot kleiner als erwartet und das Nachbestellen war auf Dauer umständlich.
* Es fehlten Alternativen wie Hafer- oder Mandelmilch.
* Die Auswahl an Joghurt war auf Naturjoghurt beschränkt.
* Frischer Obstsalat wurde nicht angeboten, die Obstschüssel war häufig leer.
* Gemüse wurde weder sichtbar angeboten noch ausgeschrieben.
* Das Frühstücksangebot wiederholte sich täglich ohne nennenswerte Abwechslung.
* Beim Kaffeeautomaten gab es während des Aufenthalts Unstimmigkeiten (fehlende Milch am Automaten und später nur noch sehr kleine Kaffeemengen).
* Der Parkplatz ist recht eng, wodurch das Einparken etwas schwierig sein kann.
* Bei höherer Auslastung könnten durch die notwendigen Bestellungen beim Frühstück längere Wartezeiten entstehen.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal, schönen Zimmern und einer guten Lage. Da das Frühstück für uns jedoch ein wichtiger Bestandteil eines Hotelaufenthalts ist und unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt hat, würden wir das Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht noch einmal buchen.

Fantastic location, breakfast and great service
Pros:

Great location to train. Comfortable room. Walkable to beach or if you don't want to walk close to tram. Great breakfast and very helpful staff.

Cons:

There is no small fridge in the room. Whilst I know it didn't list one - all other places we have stayed without them being listed have had one. Would be a great addition.

Pros:

Super Lage direkt beim Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig. Wunderschöner Innenhof, gutes Frühstück, bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Wir waren während des Grand-Prix Wochenendes hier, zu normalen Zeiten wäre der Preis, den wir bezahlt haben sicher nicht gerechtfertigt für die Grösse des Zimmers.

A great Nice Base

Pleasant stay in a fantastic location
Pros:

The staff were really helpful especially the front desk/reception. Location too was fantastic. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main Nice train station. We literally walked everywhere.

Cons:

The fridge wasn’t working and the rug could’ve been cleaner. There wasn’t much soap in the bathroom but we raised that with the staff and they sorted it out quickly. I think this is more of a 3 star boutique hotel than a 4 star.

Pros:

Size of room. Layout of room. Air-conditioning was effective. Good shower pressure. Good bed on the firmer side. Friendly staff. Convenient for train station. A doable walk to the promenade.

Cons:

Our shower leaked onto the floor but not a problem for us more for them

Feel right at home!
Pros:

The staff is so accommodating, they go out of their way to may you feel at home. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

No big deal, but a hand towel ring would be a nice addition. Secure WIFI would also be a huge plus.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.
Pros:

Sehr herziges Hotel mit traumhaftem Garten. Sehr feines Homemade Frühstück.
Sehr nettes Personal. Herzig eingerichtete Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist für den ersten Eindruck eher nicht so ansprechend. Aber durchaus freundlicher Empfang durch das Personal.
