Agradável surpresa! Rececionista duma simpatia e humor q deixa logo confortáveis. 👌🏻
Pros:

Simpatia imensa da senhora da Receção, q tb nos saldou novamente com o mesmo sorriso e amabilidade logo de manhã, durante o pequeno almoço.
Quarto higienizado, WC tb, confortáveis, com varanda (q, apesar de voltada para a entrada do Hotel, não houve qualquer barulho q perturbasse a nossa estadia ou descanso).
Pequeno almoço (q poderíamos tomar em qualquer das 2 salas disponíveis para o efeito) bastante bom, com máquina de café e de leite quentinho na hora, torradeira, variedades de pão, sumos, flocos (e até "Nestum" para os mais novos), fruta, iogurtes, queijo, fiambre, compotas, mel, manteiga e até alguma doçaria para iniciar o dia, depois duma boa noite, duma forma bem agradável e satisfatória! Ah! E a sala de pequeno almoço tinha acesso a uma pequena zona exterior onde tb poderíamos levar e tomar a refeição. Gostámos mesmo muito.

Foi uma reserva de última hora (cerca de 20 minutos antes) e correu tudo tranquilamente e sem grandes burocracias ou entraves.

Recomendamos e decerto voltaremos qdo voltarmos a essa zona. 😉

Pros:

Gostamos muito da limpeza e atendimento.

Cons:

O barulho da porta de entrada, refletia muito no nosso apartamento que era logo acima, realmente poderiam melhorar esse sistema, no mais tudo impecável.

Room was big and the hotel inside was very clean

Cons:

The hotel on the outside was very tatty, even missing the "C" on the hotel sign!! There wasnt enough staff, the receptionist was also the breakfast lady. The hotel is situated in the worst end of town! But the worst thing was that on the 2nd day a whole coach load of tourists arrived and filled the hotel. They were so noisy, shouting , slamming doors at all hours incessantly. They had no respect for other guests. So we complained , but the receptionist said she wasnt able to do anything about it. We decided to cut short our stay and leave. I do not recommend this hotel.

Funcionaria da receção que nos atendeu, algo antipática, com poucos sorrisos.... deveria estar num mau dia... Pequeno almoço MUITO FRACO, alem da pouca variedade, a qualidade discutível.
