Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund seiner ausgezeichneten Lage empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt direkt am Eingang der Altstadt und ganz in der Nähe der Bushaltestellen, sodass alles bequem zu Fuss oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption. Sie waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell.

Cons:

Schade war hingegen der Service beim Frühstück und an der Hotelbar am Abend. Das Personal wirkte leider oft unmotiviert und wenig freundlich. Mit einem herzlicheren Service hätte unser Aufenthalt perfekt sein können.

Det fungerade men blev inte som förväntat!
Pros:

Frukosten var bra och mångsidig. Mycket personal på frukosten och man kunde välja olika sorters kaffe. Rummen var tysta och rena. Personalen på receptionen var trevliga. Jag mådde dåligt på avresedagen så vi fick behålla ena rummet 2 timmar mot avgift på 25 euro.

Cons:

Den äldre mannen som visade oss rummet var bara för mycket! Han dög upp fler gånger och var alldeles för personlig och skulle vara rolig. Han talade mest italienska så svårt att förstå. Min son o sonson fick större och trevligare lägenhet än jag och min sondotter, Det tyckte vi var konstigt för de visste att jag fyllde 80 år under resan. Temperaturen i de ena badrummet liknade mer bastu än badrum! Vi valde hotellet delvis för poolens skull men två av tre dagar var den avstängt!
Hårda sängar på båda rummen.
