Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel ainsi que le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le fait que sur les 2 chambres réservées, seule une avait la climatisation qui fonctionnait et qu'on ne nous a pas averti de cet inconvénient.

Nice location for short stay but pool area not great
Pros:

Good location, helpful staff and good size room.

Cons:

Breakfast offered reasonable selection but scrambled eggs and bacon poor. Biggest disappointment was the size of pool and seating area as only 4 sun beds and in shade a lot of the day in July

Schönes Stadt Hotel
Pros:

Schönes Hotel direkt am Rande der Altstadt, mit eigenen Parkplätzen im Innenhof.
Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Schöner Frühstück Außenbereich.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit nur einem Dachfenster bekommen und das Badezimmer hatte eine Badewanne ohne Dusch Möglichkeit.

Zu teuer!
Pros:

Ein sehr netter Concierge Billy und das Personal beim counter war auch sehr nett.
Frühstück ist sehr gut. Parken im Innenbereichv sehr gut, kostet allerdings 20 Euro/ Tag.

Cons:

Frühstücksteam darf auch nett und freundlich sein!!!
Klimaanlagen sind aus dem 80er Jahren und bei sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht mehr tauglich. Trotz Einstellung 5 Grad war das Zimmer viel zu warm, dazu waren die Anlagen noch sehr laut. Ohne Ohrstöpsel konnte man nicht schlafen. Nach Reklamation kam ein Handwerker, der meinte, dass die Anlage alt sei und deshalb nicht richtig kühlt. Das war's dann.
Damit ist der Preis viel zu teuer geworden und entspricht nicht der Leistung. Ich war schon öfters dort, aber jetzt passt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis definitiv nicht mehr.

Hotel excellemment situé mais essoufflé
Pros:

La localisation est optimale.

Cons:

Établissement vintage suranné. Certains équipements techniques hors d'âge. Serviettes élimées et poubelle partiellement vidée. Gel douche et shampooing distribué à petite dose. Petit déjeuner certes en quantité, faible en qualité (conserves et absence de produits locaux) et service très approximatif.

Freundlichkeit des Personals, Pool, Frühstück

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage kann nicht als funktionstüchtig bezeichnet werden. Draussen waren es 30 Grad, im Zimmer 28-30 Grad, obwohl die sehr alte Anlage voll lief. Wir erhielten als Lösung einen Ventilator & das Glas Wein musste ich nicht bezahlen.

Traditional hotel in a good location
Pros:

Location was good, short walk to the port. Very traditional Italian decor

Cons:

Air con wasn’t up to the task! Our room had the en-suite up a flight of stairs which I wasn’t aware of. Not a problem for us but for people less mobile it would be and the bathroom was like an oven with no air con up there!

Perfect stay
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. Great location. Ten minute walk to lake Como. Across the road to the old town which had lots of shops and restaurants
