Pros:

personnel, studio propre et fonctionnel

Cons:

Une machine à café serait la bienvenue.
Egalement pas de climatisation, semaine très chaude, mais je comprends bien que Rennes n'avait pas besoin de s'équiper jusque là. Les canicules sont récentes dans cette région

Pros:

Emplacement juste à coté de la gare. Vue sur les voies sans que ce soit bruyant. Il faisait très chaud lors de mon séjour et j'ai pu dormir fenêtres ouvertes sans problème. Un ventilateur avait été mis à disposition. C'était suffisant.
Communication correcte : mail en amont avec les codes d'entrée. Récupération des clés hors horaires d'accueil facile.
Petits équipements de studio suffisants

La limpieza de la habitación dejó mucho de desear. No había aire acondicionado y en sustitución había un ventilador que no se había limpiado desde que lo pusieron. las cortinas de las ventanas estaban rotas y había telarañas entre estas y los cristales. En el cuarto de baño, la salida de la ducha estaba peligrosa con peligro de escurrirse de ella y los asideros estaban desatornillados

I wouldn't stay at this hotel again
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the train station.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning, and it is stifling inside during the summer.
We had booked a room for two people, but they had left us only one towel and one sheet; we didn't get a second towel until the third night, which was unacceptable!
