Perfecto para una estancia en Japón
Pros:

Hotel básico en Japón, cercano a la estación de Hakata y en un buen lugar para visitar las zonas de turismo cercanas al río. Repetiría. Evidentemente con Seven Eleven alrededor.

スタッフさん、外国人スタッフさんも含め笑顔も素敵で丁寧で好印象。朝食ブッフェ種類豊富でとても美味しかった。

Cons:

喫煙所を設けるなら換気をもう少しよくした方がいいと思った。電子タバコだけOKに徐々に変えたほうがいい。エントランスにも匂いが流れていた。

こちらのホテルにして良かったです！
Pros:

とても清潔で、アクセスも良く、快適に過ごせました。
クチコミにあったように、朝食バイキングが種類も多くて、とても美味しくいただけました。

Cons:

１つだけ言うなら、大浴場に設置されているドライヤーが、音は大きいのになかなか髪が乾かなくて…そこだけがマイナスです。

Pros:

It was quiet during the nights.
Next to the beds there was a control panel for all lights. You don't need to get off the beds to turn off the lights.

Cons:

It doesn't have any parking space or even pick up / drop off area. For picking up or dropping off, you can only pull over to curb side. But that was not a busy road so it may not be a big deal.

Nella Media
Pros:

Hotel nella media, buona posizione da Hakata Station, per quanto non vicinissima (10-15 min a piedi). Servizio check in e pulizia buoni, anche presenza della staff e disponibilità

Cons:

ho trovato macchinoso il discorso pulizia dei cestini delle stanze, perché lasciando fuori il bidone come consigliato non viene fornito alcun sacchetto di ricambio. Inoltre se si richiede pulizia stanza giornaliera, non si viene riforniti di acqua, motivo non chiaro. All’ultimo piano Wi-fi prende pochissimo e corrente arriva con poca potenza. Onsen sempre troppo pieno e caotico: ho dovuto attendere in piedi 20 min, perché 4 ragazze non svuotavano armadietto mentre si asciugavano capelli. Ambiente onsen molto giudicante a causa degli ospiti che fissano e per mancanza di privacy.
