Great location and good value
Pros:

10 min walk from both the station and Canal city and yatai areas, great location. It was nice to have an onsen, No tattoo policy though. Staff was super helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit dated, but it's ok, they're clean and its good value for the price.

Great, convenient, clean hotel that is very close to Hakata station.
Pros:

The staff were great, the location close to Hakata station was very handy, the room was a good size and the breakfast was varied and tasty.

Cons:

I’m nitpicking here, but the onsen area could be more inviting - it’s nice, if not particularly special.

Pros:

10年程前、急だったので駅前のホテルが確保出来ず、法華クラブにお世話になりそれ以来数回に渡り宿泊させて頂きました、当時の記憶では余り綺麗とは思わなかったのですが久し振りの今回宿泊でしたが、ビックリとても綺麗さに驚きました。

特に感じ無かったです。

만족은...했음...
Pros:

2만원대 조식이 여러가지지만 대부분 비슷하고 반찬이 바뀌진않았지만 맜있었음 호텔직원분들 다 친절하시고 한국어 가능하신분 계셔서 아주편했음. 비용적인면은 나쁘진않았음

층고가 낮고 룸이 제일 컸지만 작았음....... 호텔이 구식으로 되어있어서 불편했음. 치약 칫솔도 요청하면 주시고 호텔 전자기기 사용이 불편했음. 트윈룸은 침대옆에 콘센트 꽂는곳이 하나뿐이고 티비도 컴퓨터모니터에 직접연결해야해서 무척불편했음. 에어컨에 먼지가 엄청껴있고 창문도 구식이라 열고닫기 매우 불편. 편의점도 3분걷거나 신호등을 걸어가야 나와서 아쉬웠음. 엘베도 비좁음...!

목욕탕도 열탕 하나뿐 씻는곳도 6칸뿐 작은 문신은 커버하고 들어가야됨. 그것도 스티커사서 붙이고 들어가야됌

そんなに高くないのに、最高のもてなしを感じることができるホテルでした。
Pros:

とにかく朝食が素晴らしかったです。
昨日の高級料亭では食べられなかった『モツ鍋』感動しました。
そのほかも満足いっぱいのメニューで大満足です。
