Great location and great service , staff was very helpful
Pros:

The location is excellent if you like being close to downtown Varna. Room was exactly what I reserved and paid.

Cons:

The windows were hard to open and close, the air conditioner was not operating as expected, they should not charge extra €12 per day for parking if you are a guest of the hotel

מלון 5 כוכבים בלי מזגן. ,ברספשן צוחקים אומרים שמזגן עובד רק עד 1.10,את זה לא כתוב בשום מקום,פקידים ברספשן לא נחמדים,לא היתי חוזרת למקום כזה בכלל

Not worth the price at all.
Pros:

Good location, sizes of rooms.

Cons:

Dated/stained decor, mattress firm/uncomfortable, old pillows, carpet overlayed into the bathroom/shower so brown and wet, small reception and one slow/small lift, small pool, overpriced and wouldn’t stay again.
