Pros:

Die Lage ist super – nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Man kommt überall bequem mit dem Bus hin, und die Fahrpreise sind sehr günstig. Die Beschreibungen im Internet sind verständlich und hilfreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Wasser im Pool war angenehm warm, sodass wir ihn besonders am frühen Morgen genießen konnten.

Muss dringend sich verbessern, um wieder 5 Sterne zu erreichen

Die Lage ist super- das Hotel ist immer noch recht gut

Cons:

Das Hotel benötigt dringend einen Designer für die Erneuerungen. Es wurde zwar renoviert aber mit einem deutlich schlechteren Standard als im Original.
Der neue genutzte “Handwerker-Geschmack” ist ordentlich, aber nicht mehr luxuriös!

Разположението на хотела е прекрасно. Големината на стаята е добра. Чиста, просторна стая.

Cons:

Мебелите бяха вече доста овехтяли, въздуха в стаята застоял. Стаята, която резервирах беше “Делукс”и трябваше да е на висок етаж-аз бях настанена на 2 етаж, който със сиг не е висок. След като казах това на рецепция ми беше обяснено, че високия етаж е ако има свободни места-това със сигурност в описанието при изобра на стая не стоеше така е некоректно да се заблуждава по този начин. Това беше причината защо избрах тази категория стая. В стаята нямаше кана за вода и помолих за такава- беше ми обещано да получа, но такава не получих.

Il bar sotto l'albergo molto bello e il personale veloce ed attento.

Cons:

La colazione non era fresca,il personale assente in sala, pane a colazione di tre giorni fa.Bottiglia di acqua complimentare in camera solo il primo giorno, poi cè il minibar oppure devi fare la spesa.Albergo non sodisfacente per un 5 stelle.
