Pros:

El precio está bien y no está lejos de la playa aunque hay que subir muchas escaleras . El personal es simpatico

Cons:

Las instalaciones están súper antiguas, es diferente a todo lo que ves luego en las fotos. No nos funcionaban interruptores ni el secador. El horario está completamente adaptado a ingleses, y media hora antes de que cierren te están quitando ya platos de comida por lo que media hora antes tienes que dejarte todos los platos que quieras en tu mesa. La piscina que es infinita tienes que pagar para pasar y tiene existencia limitada.las habitaciones premium son iguales que las normales pero les ponen una mantita en los pies de la cama y encima las vistas son a una obra en la parte de atrás.

Tolle Unterkunft für ein Urlaub nah zum Meer und einer Großstadt.

Das Essen war super. Tolle Poolbar und gepflegte Anlage.
Die Lage zum Meer und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Wasser im Bad lief sehr schlecht ab, die Balkontür konnte nur mit hohem Kraftaufwand geöffnet werden.

Frühstück und Abendessen sehr reichlich, die Mitarbeiter im Servicebereich und die Zimmermädchen sehr sehr freundlich! Ganz großes Lob an alle die beim Frühstücks und Abendbuffet arbeiten! Sehr sehr freundlich! Würden schon alleine wegen Ihnen wieder kommen! Man fühlt sich richtig willkommen!!

Good food, and helpful, friendly staff—with the exception of the reception.

Cons:

Very slow internet, very long waits (15–20 minutes) for service at reception, the parking gate wouldn't open despite three requests at the front desk, the room key cards demagnetized six times, and the pools were very small—suitable for dipping, not swimming. This should be a 2-star hotel at most, not a 4-star one.Swiming pool for children not for adults

Always decent, never amazing. 4 stars seems a bit of a stretch.
Pros:

Good location, food decent

Cons:

No improvement on last year when we had to reset the door cards multiple times (even when not kept by phones). Majority of staff are nice, especially the cleaners who all say hello but the reception staff and one of the main restaurant managers could do with some politeness training.

Me parece que le hace falta una vuelta en general tiene algún desperfecto para ser un cuatro estrellas, demasiado saturado el catering sobre todo desayuno y cena tendría que estar mejor organizado, las camas me parecen exageradas era suficiente con una.

Great resort. Everything is onsite. Good options at dinner and breakfast and good coffee.

Cons:

The space to walk between the bed and desk was very narrow. The property is on a hill within the grounds so lots of steps or slope. Also the area is on a slope. So lots of sloped roads to beach or lots of stairs need to take in to account with the area.
