Sobre todo el personal, muy amables y muy cariñosos con mi bebé

El estado de los suelos de la zona de la piscina, no estaban limpios y no parecía que pasaran todos los días a limpiarlo ni mucho menos

Se ve viejo y necesita arreglos y hay una zona de las piscinas en obras. Y la mejor piscina del hotel es sólo para adultos y cobran 25 euros por entrar .

Personalens service var katastrof. Rummet så äckligt. Luktade mögel och urusel städning. Hål i väggar och golv. Möblerna på balkongen i så dåligt skick.

Pros:

Staff were polite and the hotel bar was great. Foyer very impressive so first impressions were good.

Cons:

Our room was very small and although clean, the bathroom needs a serious makeover. The toilet in particular was loose and shaky. There was also grout missing in quite a lot of tiles so looked shabby.
