Fajny hotel l w bardzo fajnej
lokalizacji. Pokoje czyste i wygodne, a personel zawsze pomocny i uśmiechnięty. Pobyt był bardzo udany – dziękujemy i polecamy!

Położenie hotelu jest super, bardzo ładny ogród, smaczne śniadania, chociaż wyraźnie pogorszyły się od 10 czerwca. Bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

W pokoju na parterze były mrówki. Mimo ze ogólnie personel recepcji był życzliwy i pomocny, była tam 1 bardzo nieuprzejma pani, ktora na pytanie czy mozna zjesc śniadanie przed 6 rano udzieliła rady aby kupić bilet lotniczy na późniejszy lot.
Poza tym odpowiedź na pytanie wysłane przed przyjazdem otrzymałam po powrocie z wakacji.

Cons:

There is always a queue at the poolside bar, generally takes at least 5 minutes to be served. Would be better if they had 2 tills in operation, as this is the main cause of delays, rather than insufficient staffing.

Vacaciones disfrutonas con la mejor compañía.
Pros:

La variedad y calidad de las comidas. Comedor limpio y bien organizado. Cercanía a la playa. La piscina con gran cantidad de tumbonas y sombra para poder descansar.

NO REPETIRE. HORRIBLE
Pros:

No está lejos de la playa, sin embargo tiene un gran inconveniente. Todo son cuestas y escaleras. Benalmádena tiene pocos accesos a la playa porque en su momento se súper edificó sin sentido, casi todo es privado de hoteles, así que para ir a la playa muchas veces son pasadizos o estrechas calles con mucha cuesta y escaleras, por el gran desnivel que tiene todo Benalmádena.

Cons:

Los trabajadores algo secos y antipáticos. Se les nota con pocas ganas de trabajar. La limpieza pésima! Tuvimos incluso que reclamar el cambio de toallas. El patio en obras con el estanque con el agua podrida y una plaga de mosquitos por todo el hotel. Las paredes de las habitaciones con manchas de matar mosquitos. La neverita encharcada de agua por dentro por pérdida y de la comida ni hablemos, mala malísima, ya llegó un punto que preferimos comer fuera y pagar, porque con el buffet era no comer nada. Poca variedad y muchos platos de patatas, patata fritas, patatas asadas, puré de patatas, patatas hervidas… jajaja. Pescados de los más baratos y cocinados fatal, secos. En definitiva, todo fue horrible. El hotel por cierto está lleno de guiris y es para guiris, de ahí que todo sea tan pésimo incluido la comida. También tienen visita del inserso y también se nota en el buffet, que es aún peor. También tuvimos problemas con una camarera durante 3dias seguidos, hasta tal punto de tener que llamar al encargado y ponernos ya serios.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetny punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania Andaluzji. Blisko na lotnisko w Maladze, można dojechać pociągiem bezpośrednio. Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór różnych potraw. Pokój mały, ale za to ogromne łóżka. Dużo leżaków przy basenie.

Cons:

Słabe animacje, zdarzało się że nie było ich wcale, mimo zapowiedzi. Siłownia otwierana była w późniejszych godzinach niż napisano. W trakcie pobytu trwały pracę remontowe utrudniające wypoczynek. Pokoje słabo wyciszone, słychać było rozmowy sąsiadów.
