La habitación cómoda y amplia. Y la zona de la piscina muy bien, siempre habían hamacas disponibles.

Cons:

Pienso que se debería mejorar el buffet. Es muy repetitivo. El restaurante es muy grande y al estar las zonas de comida repartidas por el local tienes que estar buscando donde está cada cosa. Íbamos un poco perdidos.
Y, aunque fui sin niños, pienso que se debería conectar mejor la piscina principal con la infantil, porque la cuesta de subida se hace muy pesada por el sol. Habría que poner algo que diera sombra. Solo como sugerencia.

Missing clothes
Pros:

Plenty of sun loungers.

Cons:

Our dirty laundry was picked up by cleaner and thrown away, two days before we checked out and despite hotel reception saying their Manager would ring or email us, he still hasn't. I've emailed them myself since checking out a day early but they haven't had the decency to reply. We have lost about £155 worth of clothes. Not happy.

Lovely stay at Best Indalo.
Pros:

Fabulous location, great food,
and facilities very good. Very clean and staff very nice.

Cons:

Would have liked the animation team to broadcast activities in English as well, though understandably the majority of guests were Spanish.

Una estancia muy buena
Pros:

No hay nada que pueda decir que me gustase más. En general la estancia ha sido muy buena, el buffet muy bueno y cada día había algo nuevo, por lo cual se puede comer variado, carnes, verduras, pescado..
La piscina muy limpia y grande. La de los niños no la hemos probado, así que no puedo opinar.
Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y nos lo solucionaron enseguida. Cuando volvimos de dar un paseo por la noche, nos dimos cuenta de que habían entrado y lo habían arreglado.
Pasaban todos los días a limpiar y hacer las camas.
La cercanía a la playa es un muy buen punto a favor.
Por lo general puedo decir que ha sido una estancia muy buena.

Cons:

Quizá por poner un pero, diría que los bizcochitos que ponen de postre tanto en cenas como en comidas dejan mucho que desear, aunque había otros postres que estaban bien y bastante fruta a parte de tarrinas de helado.

Lo que más me gustó, y mi hijo de casi 3 años disfrutó fue con la piscina del barco pirata, se lo pasó pipa, las actuaciones de la noche también estaban muy bien la verdad y luego además había otro parque más el club infantil...
Es un hotel pensado para los peques y eso se agradece.

Cons:

El calor que hacía en el pueblo (algo que no es culpa del hotel por supuesto), casi no pisamos la playa la verdad y la teníamos enfrente pero entre el calor, que era de piedrecillas y había como un socavón para entrar al agua ...
Tiene una buena terraza que tampoco disfrutamos por el mismo motivo.
Algunas partes de las instalaciones mejorables, sobre todo la planta baja.
Parking muy bueno y económico, merece mucho la pena.
