Petit déjeuner très très varié
Beaucoup trop de monde, impossible de se baigner. Isolation des chambres à revoir (non n’avons pas dormi de la nuit à cause du bruit).

El personal muy amable y atento , un hotel tranquilo y en una zona tranquila, se duerme y se descansa muy bien , habitación amplia y camas cómodas , el buffet es variado y estaba bien , había comida que estaba muy rica , la piscina es grande , y el bar de la piscina está genial , y la gente te que se queja de los ascensores... Tampoco está tan mal simplemente hay que tener paciencia estuvimos en la 4° y subimos y bajamos sin problema
Pues sobre todo las hamacas de la piscina si quieres tener aunque sea 1 para poner tús cosas y poder bañarte tranquilo, tienes que madrugar bastante para cojer sitio, porque todo el mundo se pone su toalla y la deja ahí todo el día , si ibas más tarde de las 10 te quedas sin sitio, y también las actuaciones de por la noche todo es en inglés o la gran mayoría , y a los españoles que no entendemos inglés pues te aburres ,

Localização conveniente, próximo das praias e do Comércio local. Variedade do pequeno-almoço.
Hotel muito cheio e barulhento, típico de "excursões". Num dos dias o quarto não foi limpo e nos dias em que houve limpeza ficou muito aquem.
Good sized rooms, good location, very clean. Food was varied so you had some different options every night but also good for the fussy eaters.
Wasn’t allowed out to the terrace until 10am. There was a queue every morning that started around 8:40 so that people could go and get their sunbeds. When the door was opening by staff, everyone ran like they were in a stampede to get their sunbeds. Never seen anything like it… Some bar and morning cleaning staff were very rude and liked to shout and argue with guests. But the reception staff were very good helping with these issues.

La proximité des plage et du centre ville
Mes filles sont restées coincées dans l'ascenseur!!! Aucune excuse de la part de l'Hôtel... car en ce moment ,il fait chaud donc les ascenseurs tombent facilement en panne et votre enfant avait 11 ans 1/2 et pas 12 ans donc elle devait être accompagnée! Je trouve cela inacceptable!
La literie très confortable, le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner très bon !
La climatisation et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas.
Toujours obligé d’aller à la réception pour le signaler.
Aucune personne est passé pour le réfrigérateur, un technicien est passé pour le problème climatisation.
L’accès à la piscine a revoir, car tout le monde cours des 9h30 pour y installer ces serviettes et réserver un transat , je trouve ça dommage , un système doit être mis en place pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter.
Je n’ai pas pu y accéder avec ma famille à cause de ça.
L’état des murs de la chambre, étant très très sale ! des traces partout.
