Hotel Best Mediterraneo

I very rarely leave negative reviews but here we go.

The main problem with this hotel is the other guests and the lack of control from the staff to manage them.
There were so many people who were all inclusive abusing alcohol and causing issues around the pool in their rooms and in reception.
During our stay we had to change room due to drunk neighbours smashing their room up and screaming at 4am in the morning. We complained and were asked to check out of our room at 10 am and not given a new room until 1pm wasting a lot of our day due no fault of our own. The staff almost seemed annoyed that they had to help us despite saying they'd had lots of complaints about those other guests. Those other guests were not kicked out of the hotel, when I asked why I was told they booked with Jet2 and they were discussing it with their rep. They were still there the day we checked out.
There were fights and arguments by the pool, a full blown fight in reception which required an ambulance calling. The pool area by the end of the day was filthy due to guests leaving rubbish everywhere despite bins being available.
I understand that the hotel can't be held responsible for the guests who book but they have to be held accountable for policing them. Ignoring bad behaviour and not taking action spoils everyone else's experience.
I'm British but this place is the definition of 'bad brits abroad' I'd avoid this hotel at all cost unless you want a wild holiday with very little sleep.
The pool area is far too small for the number of guests. The pool area is locked until 1000 so people are queuing to rush and get all the beds by around 0930.
The lifts are slow with a low capacity to do you spend a lot of time waiting for lifts too.
We won't be going back to this hotel.

Tenien un ascensor espatllat i el diumenge quan vàrem deixar l’hotel encara no estava arreglat

Los ascensores, uno estaba estropeado y había mucha gente en el hotel. Son pequeños y tardan mucho. Siempre subi andando a la habitacion(4° piso).

Only one lift work and we was on the 7th floor.we spent a lot of time in the lift due to it not going to the floor we pressed

La playa para llegar es todo cuesta arriba

Poc aïllament de les habitacions, poca neteja del balcó i, com a tots els hotels, canvien les tovalloles cada dia innecessàriament malgrat fer cas del cartellet "green washing" del lavabo i deixar-les penjades obedientment. Un horror pels ecologistes i pel planeta.

Only 2 lifts one of which was out of order for part of our trip - very busy during peak times. Luckily we were on level 3 so it was ok to walk up and down occasionally.

We didnt use the pool area as it was just too busy but the outside bar area was nice to sit in having a drink.

The coffee was not great in the machine at breakfast. There was no additional blankets/quilts in the room; with the aircon on it got quite cold. The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and we struggled to get loungers as people queued early to get them.

Chambre mal insonorisée,on entend tout dans la chambre à côté, notamment la télé à 7 h du matin !

Lo único que los alrededores del hotel es todo zona azul para aparcar.

Literie pas confortable, manquait des oreillers et couverture.
Lit en 140, oreillers très fin et juste un draps.

No nos limpiaron la habitación , solo cambiaron toallas y listo ni hacer la cama y todo lleno de arena, reclamé y me dijeron que lo arreglarían pero no fué así.

La masificacion de extranjeros,son casi todo guiris.
Los ascensores casi imposible de cogerlos.
Bastante lejos de playas y de centro urbano
Piscina pequeña para tanta gente.

The pool was over run, extremely busy. Pool I feel was too small for the amount of people staying at the hotel.
