Pros:

The staff at the reception are really friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed breakfast...the staff atbthe kitchen were really kind...friendly and made the experience a bit more personalized...rhat is really nice!

Cons:

The shower....the drain is too small. Also i was.missing a good screen to watch the news in the morning at the reception area.

Decent accommodation for price point
Pros:

Decent accommodation for the price we paid.
In a central location- just head down by foot via the busy and safe Carrida 7 into the city centre and the Candelaria.
Two corner shops within 50m of the hotel.
Friendly staff but not much English spoken.

Cons:

They don't have a hairdryer in every room so we had to ask for one.
