Cons:

You pay for what you get which is fine. Hotel needs a renovation as it is tired and well used. Flooring in the room was turned up at the edges and we'll passed it's date, the bathroom was in poor repair black mould around the bath and tap area.

Cons:

We didn’t feel the property looked anything like the pictures on booking.com. Normally I religiously check reviews before booking a hotel but on this occasion I didn’t. After arriving and being disappointed I went on to check the reviews and so many people were complaining of getting norovirus so we decided not to avail of the breakfast we paid for ‘just incase’, however when we first arrived I got into the shower to freshen up and lifted down a ‘fresh’ towel and noticed there was vomit all over the inside of it. I got straight on to reception and they replaced the towels. Cleaners did come every day to offer fresh towels, however in the full 5 days our bin was not emptied once despite cleaner being in to make the bed. I actually had to wipe my feet every time I put my shoes on as they were covered in dust and dirt from floor. We are by no means snobs and rarely complain but I have to say this hotel wasn’t great. We have stayed in Best Scirocco down the street and it was ten times the hotel this was. Even ordering a ‘cocktail’ at the pool I got a so called Pina Colada which was really pineapple juice poured into a paper Pepsi cup. There were cigarette butts in the grass around pool area and two used towels lay rolled up in the same position for 3 days. 5th time in Benalmadena but I can safely say we will not return to this hotel. Only positive that I have to say is the sunrise was sensational from our room.

La restauration une vraie cantine malade suite à la soirée asiatique poisson crues saumon et thon .
Pire au petit déjeuner les œufs cuits dans l’huile j’ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel.

Muchas variedad de instalaciones y personal muy amable.Bufet súper variado y completo , camas grandes y cómodas.Habitaciones con mucha luz y bien equipadas a pesar de los años del hotel siguen siendo modernas.

Cons:

La habitaciones que dan a la piscina ,mucho ruido hasta las 00.00 de la noche por los espectáculos nocturnos que dificultan dormir con niños pequeños en mi caso .Las bebidas tipo refrescos , cervezas o vinos en fubet entiendo que no estén incluidas pero debería entrar el agua en los almuerzos y cenas .
