Great getaway hotel that has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Napa.
Pros:

Great facility. Very kind and attentive staff. Perfect location to walk to and from the down town. Brekkie was solid and coffee was always available.

Cons:

I had issues with the wifi on property. I was working remote on my laptop and it needed to be configured so I could use it. The staff immediately put me in touch with the IT team who resolved the issue within 30 minutes.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly set it apart was the warmth and hospitality we experienced from the very beginning. We arrived well before check-in time, yet the staff welcomed us without hesitation and even allowed us to choose our room with the help of the manager over the phone.

Speaking of the manager, Dolly could not have a more fitting name. She was an absolute delight—kind, genuine, generous, and incredibly knowledgeable. No question went unanswered, and every interaction felt personal and heartfelt. Her passion for hospitality shines through in everything she does.

The breakfasts were nothing short of exceptional. Each morning felt like a special occasion, with delicious food, attentive service, and a dining atmosphere that was both elegant and inviting.

After this experience, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Napa. In fact, I learned that Dolly manages another nearby property, and I would gladly stay there as well, knowing the same remarkable standard of service and care would await us.

As if our stay wasn’t already memorable enough, Dolly surprised us with a thoughtful gift in celebration of our 39th wedding anniversary. It was a small gesture that left a lasting impression and made a special milestone even more meaningful.

Thank you, Dolly, for creating such a wonderful experience. You are truly a rare gem, and your kindness and dedication made our stay unforgettable.

Pros:

Breakfasts were very good. The backyard seating was very comfortable and private. Enjoyed the tub but it could use a bit more water pressure.

Cons:

Check in was strange. They need a pen and note paper for labels in the only refrigerator.

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr gemütlich, scheinbar ein alter Weinkeller. Frühstück selbst mit Liebe zubereitet und schön präsentiert. Lage im historischen Distrikt, schön für einen Spaziergang. Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtete Gemeinschaftsräume.

I would most definitely stay at Hotel Napa Valley on my next visit to the area!
Pros:

Location was perfect - quiet, walking distance to restaurants and shope
Breakfast was excellent! Nutritious and tasty
Parking was free and right on the prropety/
The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I was alone, so I didn't need much storage space, but the room (#8) could use a bit more. Not a big deal at all, but just a suggestion.
