Pros:

Sadly disappointed and very overpriced. Had trouble getting the door code. I wished we had of stayed outside of the town.

Cons:

Very outdated decor, like stepping back in time. No staff except at breakfast and no ambience. Nice big bath.

Fun stay in a delightful historic hotel
Pros:

Sitting room with hot drinks and cookies, hot breakfast and scones, quiet and comfortable beds and very clean. Easy self check-in and parking. Location excellent for attending evening event.

Cons:

Room was a bit small but to be expected in a historic building.

Pros:

Ariel and Dotty were wonderful hosts. The breakfast they served were very good.

Cons:

The room did not meet our expectations. The king bed took up the whole room and it was very uncomfortable for 2 people to share. Hardly any room even to put our luggage. The window had a blind and when the sun came up at 5:30, it was like a bright light going off. They need to install black out curtains. Nothing like being awakened so early in the motning while on vacation.

Locations, family styles suite with kitchen room very enjoyable and spacious with family members next door. Clean, comfortable, nice amenities. Breakfast excellent. Staff excellent service. Nicely decorated

Great location in nice quiet neighborhood.
Pros:

Location! Easy quick walking to downtown Napa, in nice quiet safe neighborhood, wide secure parking lot back of hotel. I was surprised that breakfast was not buffet, waitress brings a breakfast dish individually to each table, felt special and welcomed.

Cons:

The room was a little tight with a dog.

Location is an easy walk to downtown, charming inn with personal touches such as cookies in the lobby.

Cons:

Hard to communicate special conditions and asks to a seemingly automated communication system only. Only a communal fridge in the lobby and little amenities in the room.
