Cleanliness
7
Mixed reports: many guests call rooms clean, but a few describe very poor conditions (one calls it a 'topaia'). Overall cleanliness is acceptable but uneven across rooms.
Service
9
Staff frequently described as friendly or helpful and responsive (e.g., brought an iron on request); some guests found staff polite but not very warm. Overall service is a clear positive.
Location
9.5
Location in Koreatown is repeatedly praised (convenient, near shops/7-Eleven); parking garage available. Location is a strong asset.
Room Quality
7
Mixed room quality: some upper-floor rooms are updated and comfortable, while other rooms are worn/outdated with broken hangers, torn curtains or incorrectly assigned rooms during renovations.
Amenities
5.5
Amenities are noticeably degraded during renovation: lobby stripped, no breakfast, no coffee or vending in some stays; some expected amenities absent or limited.
Value for Money
9.8
Multiple guests note the hotel is very well priced and good value given location and comfortable beds, despite renovation-related shortcomings.
Food and Beverage
4.5
Frequently mentioned lack of breakfast, no coffee or vending options; guests had to seek alternatives off-site. Food & beverage offerings are weak during renovations.
Overall Experience
8.5
Generally positive stays driven by location, comfortable beds and good value, tempered by visible renovation work and intermittent issues; overall a solid but mixed experience.

Don't stay here until their renovations are complete!
Cons:

The hotal was under "renovations", which I knew before I booked . BUT, they didn't update their description. There was not only no breakfast, there wasn't even coffee. No vending machines. Nothing. The lobby was stripped down to the cement - literally. I was given one of the old rooms, which was really worn and dated. The hangers were broken. There was no iron (although they did bring one when I asked). And the staff were polite, but not nearly what you could describe as friendly. Finally, they charge for parking ($15), which is fine, but there was no discount or compensation for the state of the hotel or the absence of amenities advertised in their description.

Pros:

Love staying in KTown! The hotel was just what I needed.

Cons:

It's still under remodeling. There were exposed parts, broken things, and signs that things were damaged but it was just aesthetic issues
