Fantastiskt fin vistelse på ett otroligt vackert hotell

Otroligt fint spahotell med väldigt fin inredning och stora rymliga rum. Vi bodde i sviten - som hade två rymliga sovrum, två badrum med dusch och badkar och en stor gemensam balkong. Fantastiskt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal, vi fick en jättefint mottagande med fruktdrinkar i den smakfullt inredda receptionen.
Frukostbuffén var den bästa jag någonsin har ätit, otroligt fräscht och ett stort utbud av olika specialiteter såsom ägg Benedict på toast, churros, French toast och mycket mycket mer. Fantastiskt trevlig personal i frukostrestaurangen och i de övriga två restaurangerna som tillhör hotellet. Vi använde oss av möjligheten att beställa mat från restaurangerna både till rummet och till poolen, väldigt smidigt och trevligt. I vår vistelse ingick en balinesisk massage per person i det otroligt vackra spaet, och det var en fantastisk upplevelse. Jättefin pool med solstolar och möjlighet att låna poolhandukar. Daglig påfyllning av vatten och övrig dricka i minibaren. Jättefin städning dagligen.
Hotellportien skjutsade oss till flygplatsen då det hade blivit en miss i kommunikationen angående vår tidiga utcheckning - otroligt vänligt. Detta är utan tvekan det finaste ställe jag har bott på. Tack för en fantastiskt fin vistelse.

Dit is geen 5 sterren hotel. Faciliteiten in de slaapkamer en de bedden als ook de entree, het ontbijt en de inrichting voldoen niet aan 5 sterren.

the room was well decorated and pleasant to stay in. Staff was great and very cordial. the breakfast would be better a la carte, as the buffet did not look very inviting, despite a range of options. staff again was very cordial.

Cons:

the SPA has not been used frequently, I believe, the water came with rusty colour, even after running for over 5 min, when my wife gave up using the SPA for a relaxing time.
the building shows sings of crack and old on the outside, maybe it is requiring a major maintenance.

We spent a really nice time in Kupu kupu hotel very welllocztre close to the sea and surf school by walking

Nice place, really beautiful bedrooms, really spacious.

Cons:

It is sad because the hotel is beautiful, the bedrooms are really nice and confortable, the staff is nice and helpful but there is a lack of care in the global hotel, in the wall and we start seeing a lot of small details broken in common areas.
