Bien el lugar, mal como hospedaje
Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y son como se muestran en las fotos. El problema fue la persona a cargo del alojamiento (o el dueño, no estoy segura). Al llegar a un lugar uno espera encontrar hospitalidad y disposición para ayudar. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia fue la contraria: intentó aprovecharse de nuestro desconocimiento, especialmente con el tema de los traslados.
Entiendo que este tipo de situaciones forma parte de una realidad con la que muchos viajeros nos encontramos en India. Sin embargo, no esperaba vivirlo precisamente en el lugar donde me hospedaba.

Cons:

Como consejo para otros viajeros: no acepten de inmediato los taxis que ofrece el alojamiento. Uber funciona muy bien en la zona y los precios son considerablemente más bajos.

It was overall comfortable and cozy stay
Pros:

There was no break fast for the booking so I did not look for any breakfast ; room was very nice and cozy and the location is just at the heart of the Connaught place and very easy to reach other important locations in Delhi

Cons:

The Staff members in the reception was not very good - as I went in at 13:00 hrs on the 5th the person in the reception asked me to wait as the room was not ready - while I protested immediately one room was allotted to me and they are very sticky to check out at 12 sharp ; they should give the guest at least an hour extra when there is no booking and most importantly when they can not give you the room at right time. When you are coming from another city you might need to check in little early and check out little late - so there should be at least +/- half an hour extra time for both the case. When I booked through booking.com I specifically mentioned that I need an hour extra over and above my check out time. When you can not give that opportunity the option of "Special Comment" section is useless.

Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable and I didn't have any of the noise issues that the other reviews mentioned. The staff were very professional.

Cons:

Nothing too major, just the entrance and the stairs are not the best. But the hotel is great once you get up there.
