We thank Murad, Hitcham and Samir for being the exception of this untrained staff!
Pros:

The location, the entertainment crew focusing on Samir, the photographer Hitcham is an amazing guy, the waiter Murad is very nice and friendly, the coffee was excellent.

Cons:

FRONT DESK STAFF! Rania who was lying that her name is Sarah, thinking she can escape our review by giving a fake name. She was hanging up the phone and didn't pick up while on shift lying again she didn't hear it. It's obvious that management doesn't care of their representation therefore neglect the training and accepting such behaviour as normal. The result is mediocre service, awful behaviour, ruined vacation, lowered standards and wasted money and time for guests. Food is awful and so doesn't suit a 5 star hotel.

Hôtel propre. Personnel serviable surtout celui du restaurant buffet . N'avons pas pu tester les restos à la carte réservés aux séjours minimun de 4 nuits.Certains standards d'un 5 étoiles ne sont pas respectés

Ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage, das abwechslungsreiche Essen und die schöne Lage direkt am Strand. Unsere Honeymoon-Suite mit Meerblick war wunderschön und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Cons:

Ein Zimmerservice würde das Angebot noch verbessern. Ansonsten war alles ausgezeichnet.

Très déçue par le rapport qualité-prix

La salle de bain est très détériorée et les serviettes sont extrêmement usées. La literie est inconfortable et les draps étaient tachés.

La chambre ne dispose ni de fer à repasser ni de machine à café, et le mini-bar ne refroidit pas correctement.

La qualité de la nourriture est très décevante, avec une impression de repas de cantine plutôt que d’un établissement de ce standing.

Le personnel de sécurité manque également de professionnalisme. Concernant le parking, le gardien place un carton sur le pare-brise et, si vous ne lui donnez pas d’argent, il vient immédiatement le récupérer. Cette pratique est pour le moins surprenante et très désagréable.

Pour un établissement affichant un standing de 4 étoiles et un tarif de 3 500 DH par nuit pour deux personnes, le rapport qualité-prix n’est absolument pas à la hauteur des attentes. Au vu du prix payé, nous nous attendions à un niveau de confort, de service et de qualité bien supérieur.

L’hôtel est propre bien entretenue personnel au top, les plats et animations à revoir

Le personnel était au petit soin souriant serviable accueillant agréable c’est un point important…premier contact avec souhaila à l’accueil excellent et boukricha pour l’entretien irréprochable qui essaie de faire plus pour nous satisfaire sans parler du sourire et de la bienveillance toutes l’équipe du self malgré leur travail intense et le jeune qui s’occupe des serviettes plage étaient là pour nous Merci à toute l’équipe

Cons:

Buffet trop bruyant. Ça serai bien de fusionner les restaurants à thèmes au petit déjeuner et au déjeuner pour diminuer la masse humaine

Our stay at Be Live Collection Saïdia was hands-down one of the most thoroughly enjoyable holiday experiences we have had in Morocco in years. As someone who appreciates premium hospitality, I was incredibly impressed by how seamlessly the resort balances luxury with a relaxed beachside vibe.
The hotel’s location is spectacular, offering direct access to a pristine, expansive stretch of beach. Every meal was a culinary highlight—the food was consistently fresh, varied, and genuinely amazing across all the dining venues.
What truly sets this resort apart, however, is its people. The entire staff, from front-of-house to service teams, were remarkably cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special note of appreciation goes to Asmae in Guest Relations; her prompt, professional, and highly favorable responses to all of our requests elevated our stay to a truly premium level.
