Fantastic hotel! The location is excellent, the team is incredibly caring and welcoming, and the rooms are very comfortable. One thing I would definitely recommend is having dinner at the hotel’s restaurant—the chef is simply outstanding, and the food is an experience in itself!

This is truly a hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto. If I have the chance to return, I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

If anything, I would say to improve a bit the breakfast for more kids friendly. But it was really fine.

湯温設定以外はとても良かった
Pros:

夏の暑い時期に流行したため水分補給が必須だったが、熱中症対策のドリンクをロビーに用意してくれていて助かった。
自由に飲めるようになっていたので利用しやすい。

Cons:

受付で対応してくださったスタッフさんの声が小さめ目で聞き取りにくかった。
お風呂の湯温は自分で調整する必要がある。
ちょうど良い温度だと思って貯めたら熱すぎてはいれる温度ではなくなっていた。
水を足して入れ直す必要があり、面倒だった。
お湯の温度が上がりすぎることに注意が必要。
少しの調整で湯温が大きく変わる。
