The AC cooling was not affective the lowest cooling was 24 degrees centigrade. For a hot and humid place like Vizag the AC temperature adjustment should be upto 20 degrees centigrade. The room did not have the fan too

Very attentive service.
Pessaratu at breakfast was very good.

Had a good business stay. I was welcomed very well and the support services offered by Ms Sai Lakshmi was exceptional and requires special attention. The food was ok and guest relations at front office, house keeping was good.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Eatery Restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the visit.

Four points by Sheraton is good hotel to stay in Visakhapatnam specially for business traveller. Hospitality is excellent and service related to food and airport drop is very quick and reasonable. Front office staff also helping in nature. Only concern is building is old constructed and need some improvement in it

I had a wonderful experience at Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam. The hospitality was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall service was truly impressive.
A special mention goes to the Front Office Manager, Sangita Kalyan Sailakshmi, who deserves appreciation for her exceptional service. She is extremely nice, polite, soft-spoken, and professional. She handled everything very efficiently and made sure that all our requirements were taken care of with a warm smile.
Her personal attention and excellent guest-handling skills made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. Special appreciation to Sangita for her outstanding service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

the hotel is beginning to look a little run down. not being maintained very well.
while i was having dinner there was an argument going on in the kitchen which was very audible and went on for a long time
also check in took quite long, inspite of having a reservaton and also informing them about my time of arrival

I had a very pleasant stay at Four Points Sheraton during my business visit. The hotel is in a great location, the ambience is good, and the in-room dining was quite good.
What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality from Sangita and Sai Lakshmi at the front desk. They were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay.
Sai Lakshmi went out of her way to upgrade my room to a balcony-view room after I shared my concern, and
Sangita patiently listened to my feedback and ensured I felt valued as a guest.
Their genuine care and commitment to guest satisfaction deserve special appreciation.
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast buffet, which did not meet the overall standards of the hotel. Apart from that, I had a very good experience. Thank you, Sangita and Sai Lakshmi, for your outstanding hospitality!
