the hotel is beginning to look a little run down. not being maintained very well.
while i was having dinner there was an argument going on in the kitchen which was very audible and went on for a long time
also check in took quite long, inspite of having a reservaton and also informing them about my time of arrival

Fantastic experience at Four Points Vizag. Amazing staff, great facilities, brilliant hospitality... Location is also good...At the heart of city but zero noise level. Rooms are spacious and well lit...Spl focus on Cleanliness...Sandeep, Jalal and Madhav at the restaurant were a great host. Guard sahab (day shift) is very humble and courteous. I'll def book this hotel again.

The location is near to a lot many malls and beaches. Accessibility is super easy.

Location is perfect. Rooms not very clean even though the staff clean them every day. Hotel is very old and seems pricey for the amenities provided

We had a lovely family dinner at Four points Sheraton. Mr. Sandeep went out of the way to cater to our needs and made sure we had a memorable time. The ambience and menu both were very nice.
