Pros:

Sehr schönes, stilvolles Ambiente im Hotelfoyer und Restaurant. Kinder-Spielraum wurde super genutzt und hat uns Eltern zeitweise entlastet, auch während Wartezeit im Restaurant. Das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet überschaubar aber fein. Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Der Stoff der Bettwäsche war bisschen kratzig.

Pros:

Da wir das Hotel von vor dem Umbau kennen hat uns leider im Vergleich zu vorher nicht mehr sehr viel gefallen!!!

Cons:

-Preis-Leistung im Restaurant hat nicht gepasst
-Bade-/Saunasachen mussten extra gezahlt werden
-früher konnte man mit dem Eintritt für Bad/Sauna unbeschränkt rein und raus jetzt kann man einmal rein und wenn man wieder raus geht und nochmals rein möchte muss neu gelöst werden
-früher war bei einer Übernachtung der Besuch vom Bad am An-/Abreisetag inbegriffen
-Cocktails an der Bar waren gut aber auch da wesentlich kleinere Karte
-Im Zimmer an der Wand neben dem Bett und der Zimmertür waren komische Flecken

Pros:

Sympa qu'il y ait un billard ainsi que la proximité avec le parc aquatique (raison pour laquelle nous allons toujours dans cet hôtel depuis que je suis enfant).

Cons:

L'hôtel a été repris par le groupe Revier. Les prix ont augmentés mais le service et la qualité des équipements ne suivent pas.
Le petit déjeuner par exemple est beaucoup moins varié, je dirais même un peu médiocre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles suisse.. En arrivant j'ai dû payer en plus parce que le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus dans le prix et encore un supplément pour avoir accès illimité à la piscine.
La propreté de la chambre laissait un peu à désirer. Mouches mortes collées contre la fenêtre, rideau fichu qui pendouillent, paroi de douche pleine de traces, brosse à WC sale, des cheveux noirs (nous sommes blonds mes enfants et moi) dans le lit. Et le lit était vraiment très creusé donc pas confortable mais ça c'est une question d'usure, j'entends qu'ils ne peuvent pas changer les matelas mais, ils ont refait toute la déco de l'hôtel, c'est un peu de la poudre aux yeux. Je préférerais une déco moins élaborée mais un matelas en état.
Nous avons fait 2 nuits, personne n'est venu faire la chambre après la 1ere nuit j'ai également trouvé ça un peu décevant pour le prix et la qualité qu'ils essayent de donner à cet hôtel.

Pros:

Tolles Konzept, sehr freundliches Restaurantpersonal.

Cons:

Das Schlafzimmerkonzept passt nicht zum Resten des Hotels das eher cool wirkt. Bettsofas waren sehr unbequem und die Kunst im Zimmer schrecklich.
