Pros:

War zum dritten mal hintereinander in diesem Hotel und leider ist es nicht mehr vergleichbar mit den Jahren zuvor...die Zimmer wurden in 5 Tagen nicht gereinigt ...Balkon überall Spinnweben....Frühstück ohne frisches Brot ...nur Weißbrot und Toaster ..Wurst hatte gelben Rand ..Terasse zum Frühstück nicht gedeckt und Tische und Bänke dreckig...

Cons:

Leider sehr enttäuscht dieses mal.....Hat glaube ich den Besitzer gewechselt...wir kommen nicht mehr....

Nur bedingt zu empfehlen
Pros:

Schöne Anlage unweit von Porec neben Olivenhainen. Parkplätze am Haus, Sauberkeit in Ordnung, Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Mit dem Frühstück waren wir leider nicht zufrieden. Auch angesichts der beschränkten Größe des Hauses hätten wir zum Frühstück zumindest ein Müsliangebot erwartet. Erst am dritten Tag wurde Früchte – und Schokomüsli angeboten, die ersten beiden Tage waren nur Cornflakes vorhanden, obgleich wir ausdrücklich nach Haferflocken gefragt haben. Auch sonst war die Auswahl beim Frühstück gering. Wir haben dann teilweise unsere eigenen Sachen mitgebracht.
Das Personal war freundlich, allerdings wenig serviceorientiert. Wenn man den Gast mit zwei Koffern die Treppe herunter laufen sieht, könnte man auch die Türe aufhalten und nicht am Computer sitzen bleiben.
Bei 34° Außentemperatur hat die Klimaanlage leider nur unzureichend gekühlt, im Zimmer haben wir lediglich 25° erreicht. Nachts zum schlafen war uns dies etwas zu warm.
Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, da unser Zimmer mit dem Nachbarzimmer durch eine verschlossene Türe verbunden war. Man konnte die Geräusche des Nachbarn vom Fernsehen hören.
Nichts Negatives, aber zu beachten: die Anlage ist abgelegen, Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Prekrasan butik hotel taman blizu, a dovoljno daleko od Poreča.
Pros:

Lijep butik hotel u nastajanju (vidi se da još to nije finalno gotovo sa svim planiranim sadržajima), na prekrasnom, zelenom i mirnom mjestu, te lijepim, funkcionalnim, jedino malo malenim, sobama. No s obzirom da je riječ o renoviranom objektu, izvučen je maksimum.

Cons:

Nije da nismo voljeli, no jedna stvar koja nas je malo smetala je brojčana oznaka temperature na klima jedinici koja se ne može ugasiti, a osvijetli cijelu sobu.
Druga stvar koja traži poboljšanje je kvaliteta doručka koji je vrlo bazičan s prosječnim sastojcima.
