Lovely hotel, brilliant location
Pros:

Stayed on a Monday night during the hot weather. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The valet parking was great, and the staff were lovely. Tea, coffee and iced water were most welcome in the lounge. Our room was great, the bathroom was down a set of stairs, which could be an issue for some. The weather was very hot, and the tower fan helped, but it was still warm, despite having the bathroom window open to ceate a breeze. Outside the bedroom window was noisy, possibly some sort of extractor fan which ran constantly, so e had to keep that closed. Breakfast was tasty, but felt a bit limited in the options available, without additional costs. We had the full cooked breakfast, which was good. It was a choice of that or two items on the continental menu. It would be nice to have options such as fresh fruit and yoghurt without an additional charge if you opt for the cooked breakfast. Over all a good stay, and we hope to visit again.

Our favourite hotel in Bath
Pros:

We have stayed at the Queensberry many times. We like its quiet, central location, stylish, comfortable rooms and welcoming, helpful staff. The new owners seem to be running it just as well as their predecessors. We will return!

I very much enjoyed my stay in this quieter hotel, but it is still centrally located.
Pros:

The location and accommodation were first-rate, as were the friendly and extremely helpful staff. The public rooms and walled garden are beautifully appointed in this historic property. A nice bar menu.

Cons:

The lack of coffee/tea-making facilities in the rooms. One station on the second floor was not adequate. The breakfast menu was priced by individual items instead of a set rate for a continental or full English.

Paradise in Bath
Pros:

This is a little bit of heaven in Bath !! The hotel is fantastic and all the staff are so helpful and can not do enough for you . The walled garden is a beautiful spot to enjoy a drink . We stayed for our anniversary for one night and wished it was longer . It is fairly expensive to stay there but for a special treat it is worth every penny . The rooms are beautifully appointed and spotless. The restaurant is superb . We had a wine flight with our meal which i would recommend as the sommelier was very informative . i would highly recommend this hotel and i hope to go back again soon

A beautiful hotel.
Pros:

This is such a beautiful hotel to stay in. Our 3rd time visiting and our room was spacious and clean, the staff were all friendly and attentive. The gardens are beautiful to sit in of an evening, very peaceful to sit with a drink and relax.
We didn’t realise we had booked a ground floor room which although lovely was a little noisy with people going by at night and as so warm we needed to sleep with the windows open. Would also like tea coffee facilities in the room with a mini fridge. There are tea and coffee facilities in the lounge but would just be more convenient if in the rooms. We will return as it’s definitely the best place to stay in Bath.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

My husband and I visited The Queensberry Hotel with friends last Sunday. The location is perfect for exploring Bath. It's a 10 minute walk to The Pump Rooms and Roman Baths passing numerous independent and other shops, restaurants and cafes along the way. That said, Russell Street is a lovely quiet street so when you get back, it doesn't feel like you are in the middle of the City. We were warmly welcomed and our car unpacked and taken to be parked by the helpful front of house staff. We were offered free hot beverages in the lounge which is beautifully furnished with simple yet elegant floral arrangements. Our room was ready well before check in time, (not sure if this is a usual thing), and absolutely spotless with luxury bedding and pillows, big fluffy towels and bathrobes as well as very nice toiletries. We had ordered champagne which was ready on lots of ice with champagne flutes. A personalised card from the team and a welcome letter from Oliver Harris, the General manager, along with some chocolates was a nice touch.
On to the bar, where we ordered cocktails which were served to us on one of the three beautiful walled terraces, abundant with mature shrubs, a very relaxed space with nice furniture and blankets should anyone have felt chilly. James was a fairly new member of the team and looked after us well, he even went off to research the name of a flower and came back to us later with the answer!
We dined at The Olive Tree, The Queensberry's own Michelin star restaurant, lead by renowned Chef Chris Cleghorn. We chose the 7 course taster menu and were not disappointed. The service and food were exceptional. I was able to change one course that I didn't fancy with no trouble so don't be put off if there is something you don't like. I can't pick a favourite course as it was all so good but I believe the menu is on the website. We didn't choose the wine flight but had sone fabulous wine nevertheless. The chef that created each course came to the table to explain how it had been prepared. It was nice to meet the people behind the excellence.
After a very comfortable nights sleep, we had breakfast in the same dining room and there was a good menu choice of both cooked and continental, no buffet in sight!
The great service continued on check out and the car was back waiting at 10:30 when it was sadly time to leave. This hotel is an absolute gem, small enough to offer the personal touches and feel homely, yet with the professionalism, attention to detail and care you would expect from a larger high end hotel. Thanks to all the team for a most enjoyable stay.

Ok, but not worth the value
Pros:

Nice location and room.
Good with the free coffee and tea in a nice room.

Cons:

For us this was a hotel that tried to be fancy, but couldn't fully live up to it.
Way too expensive for parking (33£ for less than a day), We were told that it would have costed less if we have booked directly (24£), but how should we have known. The communication and service re. the parking alternative was bad and a little rude.
Internet was bad.
No breakfast included.
A lot of noise from running water during the night.
