SmartTV, Sauberkeit, Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war ganz in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Toilette war sehr ungünstig im Bad platziert. Das 5-Bett-Zimmer war für zwei Personen unpassend und nicht einladend. Die Jalousie hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Die Steckdose fiel aus der Wand.

Wish we could come back and stay at the same place!!
Pros:

Breakfast was absolutely insane, customer service was phenomenal. It was a beautiful clean room. The beds were not too hard, but not too soft, the sheets were very comfortable and clean, the room was absolutely perfect and spotless. The view of the town from the balcony was to die for. We were on the fourth floor and the elevator worked perfectly, but we decided to use the stairs to get some steps in, and even that was spotless and clean. The bathroom had ample space for two people and even though we didn’t use the TV because we were mostly out everything worked perfectly.
If you ask the front desk, they’ll recommend a bike rental place, which is five minutes by walk, down the road from where we were. The actual city center of Grosseto is maybe 7 minutes maximum. A bunch of different restaurants and perfect location for the hotel. The bikes can get you to the beach and back in less than 45 minutes unless you take the electric bikes and then you can probably make it in 30 minutes.
There’s bike paths from Grosseto to the beach and it’s absolutely safe and beautiful to ride on.
The location 10 out of 10, the hotel 10 out of 10, the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. cappuccino was amazing. The service people helping out for the breakfast super nice and there’s a free refill station for water if you have water bottles. Overall amazing stay. It was nice to come back to a clean hotel room after a long day at the beach. Very close to the train station too!

Przemiły personel,szczególnie Pani na stołówce,wygodne materace,klimatyzacja oraz lokalizacja.

Cons:

W cenie pobytu miała śniadania.Zgłosiłam Pani w recepcji,że ze śniadania w drugim dniu nie skorzystamy,bo musimy wcześnie wyjechać.Niestety nie zaproponowano suchego prowiantu..Fajnie by było,jakby wyszli naprzeciw gościom i cokolwiek zaproponowali.
