The staff were amazing at Hotel Les Lanchers. We were so thankful for them. Our skis and ski mountaineering equipment was delayed by our airline and they graciously held our equipment when it was delivered after we started the Haute Route. We ordered the charcuterie board with wine upon arrival and really enjoyed having that after a long international flight. The wine choice was nice enough that we bought a couple more bottles and enjoyed them during our stay. Thank you staff at Hotel Les Lanchers! Your Alaska friends will return again. Loved everything. Le Petit Social across the street might get a little loud for some when they hold big celebrations but they shut it down at 10pm. Personally, we really enjoyed the music from our hotel window while sipping our wine and thought it was a positive point.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, kostenloser Parkplatz am Hotel, ausreichend gutes Frühstück. Restaurant hatte geschlossen, aber wir haben fussläufig, sehr gut gegessen.
The staff was kind and helpful. The car parking next to the hotel was a bonus.
The view was to the car park, but with beautiful mountains in the back.
The bed was very comfortable.
The room was pretty big, but had absolutely no amenities. No water, no tea/coffee maker, etc. The toiletries were basic at best, the TV was old, small and barely working. I appreciate that it is a 3 star hotel but it still lacked basic hospitality features that you would expect for a room that cost more than EUR 100 per night. The bathroom was missing a door stopper and so the door would bang onto the glass bathtub screen. The acoustic was TERRIBLE and you could hear everything being done in the adjacent rooms ! We were in Room 15.

Per 15 euro mi aspettavo quancosina di più, ma per il resto ottima colazione.
