Important information:

Please note for guests staying in a studio or apartment: - For stays over 4 nights, customers must do the end-of-stay cleaning. (cleaning kit is supplied). - For stays of less than 4 nights, the kitchen and tableware must be cleaned by guests.

The bed linen and bathroom linen is provided.

For the residence : Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rate, but can be booked through the residence for an additional fee.

Reception hours: 08:00 to midnight. For all late arrivals, please contact the residence in advance.

Please note that only one pet under 8 kg is allowed per accommodations, on request only and at a supplement of €14 per pet, per night. For hygienic reasons, animals are not allowed in the restaurant or around the swimming pool. Dogs must be kept on a leash.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Un endroit exceptionnel où services et qualité sont au rendez-vous
Pros:

Proche de la place un lieu agréable avec balcon vue sur port de plaisance tout était parfait personnel à l’écoute très agréable un parking fermé possible ce qui est un gros plus piscine disponible sur la partie hôtel accessible pour les personnes étant en résidence le studio était exceptionnel confortable et très bien équipé

Un buen lugar en Hendaya
Pros:

Una estancia excelente el Hotel residencia está rodeado de un entorno ajardinado, arquitectura clásica Vasco- Francés con un encanto. La piscina es perfecta para relajarse disfrutar de la tranquilidad.

Las habitaciones y cama son muy amplias
Con una estupenda terraza, aire acondicionado regulado. ( en falta un mini
frigorífico)

Destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, que además hablan español que es de agradecer.

El desayuno tipo bufet libre Excelente muy variado de gran calidad bien presentado [ todo lo que te puedes imaginar] en comedor planta semi- sótano muy acogedor. A 150 m. De la playa

L’hôtel renové est ok. Par contre, la résidence où nous avons loué doit absolument être rénovée, il y a trop de dysfonct
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait ( très proche du centre et de la grande plage) et très calme. La piscine est très agréable, propre et facilement accessible.

Cons:

Il est précisé APRÈS LA RÉSERVATION que l’escalier qui mène à la chambre est une échelle de meunier : dangereuse et difficilement praticable avec une valise.
Dans le studio pas assez de prises , il faut par exemple débrancher le téléphone pour pouvoir brancher un ventilateur. Dans la chambre une seule prise.
Table extérieur et chaises non nettoyées à notre arrivée. Salle de bain devant être rénovée ( carreau douche cassé, toilettes pas nettes, odeur d’égout).
Pas de plan de travail pour brancher le grille-pain, la cafetière et la bouilloire : on nous «  conseille «  de les poser sur l’espace égouttoir de l’évier par définition mouillé ou risquant de l’être. Ou bien sur la plaque en vitro céramique alors qu’un panonceau demande de ne pas le faire.
Tirette du frigo pour mettre les grandes bouteilles cassée et rafistolée avec du ruban : trop cassée pour y mettre des bouteilles : dommage en été…

El hotel está bien, muy buena ubicación.
El personal muy amable. Desayuno normal. Instalaciones comunes bien.
Nos disgustó un poco la habitación, mucho más pequeña que lo referido en la reserva, muy poco espacio para moverte. Estaba en la planta baja, con acceso al patio-terraza, que no era privado. Y estaba lleno de hormigas y alguna garrapata. Nos acribillaron los insectos en los primeros 5 minutos de salir a la terraza....Por lo que nos pareció desagradable.
