Please note for guests staying in a studio or apartment: - For stays over 4 nights, customers must do the end-of-stay cleaning. (cleaning kit is supplied). - For stays of less than 4 nights, the kitchen and tableware must be cleaned by guests.
The bed linen and bathroom linen is provided.
For the residence : Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rate, but can be booked through the residence for an additional fee.
Reception hours: 08:00 to midnight. For all late arrivals, please contact the residence in advance.
Please note that only one pet under 8 kg is allowed per accommodations, on request only and at a supplement of €14 per pet, per night. For hygienic reasons, animals are not allowed in the restaurant or around the swimming pool. Dogs must be kept on a leash.

La vue exceptionnelle sur le port d'Hendaye
Pas de parking sans marcher et payant du 15 juin au.... une trentaine d'euros par jour 💰 pour la ville.

Unser Zimmer hatte eine Terrasse und war größer als üblich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich mit qualitativ hervorragenden Produkten. Die Mitarbeiter sind höflich und hilfsbereit. Für unser Tandem gab es einen Platz in der Tiefgarage.

La salle de bain était neuve. La literie de qualité et confortable. Pour le petit déjeuner, il y avait de tout dont quelques spécialités locales. Tout le personnel était sympathique et accueillant. Bref un sans faute.......

Nous avons loué un appartement. Nous avons eu un appartement au rez de chaussée. Ambiance très étrange dans le logement. Arrivée avec une très forte odeur de cigarette. Impression d’etre dans un hopital. Lino bleu (le meme) murs blanc, decoration inexistante. Tres froid dans l’ensemble. Il s’agit apparemment d’un logement accessible aux PMR. Merci pour eux. On s’attend à autre chose quand on réserve dans ce type d’établissement.
Nous n’avons pas eu d’informations concernant les horaires du petit déjeuner que nous avons failli manquer.

Juste un détail par rapport aux travaux récents la vitres de la fenêtre balcon étaient sales et poussière sur set bouilloire..,. Manque de lumière dans la salle de bain ( pour maquillage).
