Loved the location and real old building in the center of city, maintained very well, in &out side

旧市街の中心に位置しており、観光の拠点として最適でした。部屋の雰囲気もとても良かっですし、スタッフもみなとても親切でした。

Cons:

旧市街の中心にあるが故に賑やかです。週末は近くのジャズバーでバンドの生演奏が深夜0時を過ぎてもうるさくて眠れませんでした。
また、フロントのすぐ隣の部屋だったので、フロントの接客の声がかなり聞こえたのが気になりました。

The hotel staff is welcoming, the place is very close to the exit from the city walls and the hotel parking, the breakfast is excellent, and the waitress is friendly and charming

Poor value for money! Location busy and very noisy!
Pros:

Pleasant staff. Good basic breakfast. Clean room but basic offering for the cost.

Cons:

Location on this property is subjective. If you are looking for somewhere right in the heart of old town, then this is the place to be. But if expecting a quiet place, then definitely do not stay at Monte Cristo unless happy to not to get to sleep until early hours of the morning. Monte Cristo is situated above a jazz bar with loud music until late and busy bar just around the corner with loud music and clientele until the early hours. Not what we expected and kind of spilt it for us!
We felt value for money was poor. With low end finish touches to the rooms with basic cheap coffee, soap dispenser by sink and something unidentifiable in the shower just loosely sat on the taps. Much more could be done for the amount that is being charged for this place.

A charming boutique hotel right in the heart of old Town, with friendly and helpful staff

Location, room size, breakfast served in lovely hotel restaurant (cooked to order), staff

Cons:

Nightclub noise below our room until 1 am
Lots of narrow stairs to room, no elevator (although staff did help with luggage)
Old fashioned room key that was very fiddly

Habitación muy incómoda sin espacio y eso que era doble y estaba solo yo, no quiero saber cómo hacen 2 personas para entrar ahí y el cuarto de baño lo más incómodo de todo, sin un mueble ni repisa donde poner nada, la ducha súper pequeña también
