Agradável para um hotel 3 estrelas
Pros:

Ótima localização e funcionários muito simpáticos. O quarto e banheiro estavam limpinhos. Chuveiro muito bom e colchão confortável. Só parcelam o valor da hospedagem com um valor mínimo de 1500 reais.

Cons:

A luz do ar condicionado incomodou bastante a noite, parecia um farol aceso. Ouvi muito barulho durante a noite também, como se estivesse em um local de carga e descarga. A cama poderia ser queen, para um melhor conforto. Achei a decoração do hotel bem vibe anos 90, pouco moderna.

O Atendimento muito cordial em todos os momentos. Instalações ok. Chuveiro fantástico. Segurança e bairro muito bom. O carro ficou estacionado no hotel. Foi tudo perfeito. Não podemos falar do café porque nossa reserva pelo booking não estava incluso

Pros:

Alguns (poucos) funcionários foram atenciosos (a pessoa da recepção que me atendeu na chegada e uma camareira, mas infelizmente não me lembro os nomes). O café da manhã também é bom.

Cons:

Cama muito desconfortável, roupa de cama com aparência de velha, ar condicionado muito barulhento, ficamos hospedados no 10 andar (o elevador só chega no 09 h- tem que subir um andar de escada e não ofereceram ajuda com as malas), o hotel tem 63 apartamentos e 14 vagas de garagem - apesar de ter a informação de que é preciso reservar a vaga, a maioria dos hóspedes não vê (o alerta não chama a atenção), e pra finalizar, só parcelam a conta acima de 1500 reais (se o hóspede tem interesse em pagar parcelado, só acima desse valor).

Pessima escolha. A localização é excelente, mas não vale.

Confortável, agradável mas infelismente sem o café da manhã.
Pros:

A acomodação é muito boa, a limpeza é excelente e a prestação de serviço não deixa nada a desejar.

Cons:

Só não gostei de, pelo valor da diária, não já ter o café incluso, tive de tomar café fora todos os dias, pois ficava muito mais em conta. Café da manhã no hotel 52,00. Café mais almoço fora do hotel 40,00.
